Miguel decided to take over after I complained about the first guy, Ottis, back at the beginning of March. Miguel’s Service was great and i was content that he would meet my needs; said if I needed anythin first guy, Ottis, back at the beginning of March. (The moonroof was leaking inside my car, and later in March, water was still dripping.) I took the car back in April for the same issue. Miguel made me feel it was my fault bc of where I parked, and it was “clogged again”. How is it in 1 month, it’s going to clog up, whereas 5 yrs of having the same car and parking it in the same spot, gets clogged again, and has never happened before till now? Makes Absolutely no sense. He said at first (March), they Only used air pressure, and this time, they bumped up the air again to a higher setting. So when I questioned the use of only air pressure, he then said they used a wire to unclog it. So I needed clarification on what the techs exactly did. So I sent him a message on 5/6, asking for clarity; he never responded. I sent him another message on 5/11 and he responded Saying he would “respond in a bit”. Again, never followed up. I called to the main office on 5/21, spoke to Travis and said Miguel was out that day and to call back 5/25 and that he would help me if Miguel didn’t follow up. I called today, 5/25, and a gal said she would have Miguel call me. He didn’t. I called back later and asked for Travis and spoke to another gal who was looking for, who i thought was Travis, but Miguel picked. I asked him about my messages and was waiting for his reply and he claimed he never got my messages, which oddly enough, he had last responded on 5/11 and the said he was out of town on 5/21. He made me feel like it was my mistake by sending him messages directly by telling me he never got my messages. My thought is, don’t set an Expectation with a client you’re not going to commit to. He finally apologized for not responding to my messages, but don’t lie to me either. I didn’t appreciate that. I don’t even know how I should communicate with him in the future or if I should just go somewhere else. I’m pretty much disappointed, honestly. I don’t even want to go there anymore. I’m sorry for this long message. Just wanted to be heard. thank you for your time. More

Don’t block cars in the service drive when people are ready to leave. Took 15 minutes just to get car my out of the service drive. This is not a service team issue. It’s an operations issue. Your runners need to be instructed to leave room for cars in the service drive to get out. Service team was clearly frustrated as well. Sounds like it is an ongoing issue that never gets resolved. Aside from that, I love Ancira. Have bought two cars from Ancira Nissan and three cars total from the Ancira dealership group. More

This has got to be the best Dealer Service Center of anywhere. I never leave disappointed. They go so far above any other service department, that I am truly and clearly convinced this will be the only anywhere. I never leave disappointed.
