Poor customer service. Our KIA was not purchased at the dealership and our priority in the service department seemed to be less than. Little does the dealership know, I'm in the market for another KIA but dealership and our priority in the service department seemed to be less than. Little does the dealership know, I'm in the market for another KIA but will not return to this dealership. We waited over two hours for a scheduled appointment to fix horn. Had to leave without getting repair done because there seemed to be no urgency. More

I purchased a car in the summer of 2017, and it was a stressful but ultimately somewhat satisfying experience. I believe the salesman did everything he could. I still had to go through all of the wasted time of haggling back and forth, but I would have still recommended them. My situation is with service after the sale. I received a call from someone in service. Not sure who it was, but I returned the call and no one had any idea about it. I thought no problem. But when I asked to talk to the manager Jay, he was very rude and uncaring. He behaved as if I were bothering him. From the beginning, his response upon receiving the call was "hello" followed by my response of "hello". The conversation remained silent, as I followed up by asking his name and his position, which clearly annoyed him. He offered no help and was quite indifferent on the matter. I am left sitting here wondering what to do! More

Rude service department staff I bought my 2014 Kia Soul from Ancira Kia three years ago. I have brought my car solely to them for recalls and service. My car has only 32,000 miles I bought my 2014 Kia Soul from Ancira Kia three years ago. I have brought my car solely to them for recalls and service. My car has only 32,000 miles on it. I got in my car to go to work this morning and my A/C was blowing out hot. I called Ancira Kia to see if I could bring it into their service department and the lady proceeded to tell me that it sounded like it needed freon and that their next available appointment wasn't for another week. She didn't ask me any questions about my vehicle. I'm sorry, but it shouldn't need freon at only 32,000 miles. It's August in South Texas and over 100 degrees. I'm not waiting a week for my car, which I'm still paying for, to be fixed. I was very unimpressed with how rude she was. I called Legend Kia and they got me in the same day. Turns out the compressor was out... under warranty. Not a freon issue at all. I will no longer be using Ancira Kia. More
