I just bought a used car from a used car dealership in San Antonio , a Kia Soul 2014 which was giving me several problems within the first month of purchasing. Took it to Kia Ancira, and a nice gentleman San Antonio , a Kia Soul 2014 which was giving me several problems within the first month of purchasing. Took it to Kia Ancira, and a nice gentleman named ian was assigned to my case. He was helpful, honest and knowledgeable in his field. We needed a new engine which took time due to our engine being on back order. He went above and beyond to make sure we got a rental until our car was ready. He was genuine in making sure I was a happy customer throughout the whole process. He dealt with my warranty company directly and even ensured I paid only the deductible. I was so impressed with him and the Kia Ancira staff. Anything I need for my car going forward I have my guy Ian, hands down this guy treated me and my husband like family the way he took care of us.
