I went to Ancira Kia for warranty service on my car. I met with several representatives upon arrival and all were professional and courteous. Bianca and Javier were my service advisors and both are met with several representatives upon arrival and all were professional and courteous. Bianca and Javier were my service advisors and both are great to work with. Bianca kept me up to date with everything and gave me accurate timelines for the service being done for a second unexpected issue on my car and I appreciate that. The entire staff was awesome as I notice them interacting with other customers. I would recommend Ancira Kia over the other dealer in the area which I won’t mention. More
