Mike was great! My oil pressure sensor was malfunctioning, and even though a good number of mechanics were out due to COVID, he and the techs had my car fixed less than 24 hours later. We drove from out of state and had a road trip emergency. Our engine failed on a 16 hour drive. We called Ancira Kia and they got us right in! They even diagnosed the problem as soon as we got there.
