Have had my daughters Kia Soul GT in the Ancira Service department five times now, three times for a/c issues and one of those they caused. Cars are going to have problems there is no getting around that b department five times now, three times for a/c issues and one of those they caused. Cars are going to have problems there is no getting around that but a business needs to stand behind their products and do the right thing by their customers and that is where Ancira falls short. Each service dealing with Ancira Kia has gotten the same results, they take the car, hours later they say they don’t have the part and have to keep the car, and no they don’t have any cars to loan.
