ANCIRA PLEASE HAVE AN INSERVICE ON PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ENRIQUE GARZA, JP AND YOUR STAFF*** i went to Ancira Kia on 6139 Bande ANCIRA PLEASE HAVE AN INSERVICE ON PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ENRIQUE GARZA, JP AND YOUR STAFF*** i went to Ancira Kia on 6139 Bandera San Antonio TX. on 11/30/22 found a car that i wanted to purchase came to agreement sent information to the dealer to retrieve finance information and my approval from my credit union in which they listed as a preferred dealership, MY CREDIT UNION GOT INVOLVED AND SENT THEM AN EMAIL and ENRIQUE GARZA "Manager" I put the word manager in quotes because he's far from one, ENRIQUE GARZA stated I could pick up vehicle the next day. I called Ancira Kia on 12/1/22 multiple times over the span of 3-4 hours asked for "manger" staff stated he was busy and couldn't get to the phone just leave a message. 30 minutes later received a call from one of the sales rep stating that the vehicle had been sold and tried to sell me another vehicle, I had asked to speak with manager ENRIQUE GARZA and sales rep had hung up the phone on my face! Ancira Kia failed to notify me that the vehicle was sold without any notice even when we both agreed on numbers, after he stated to pick up vehicle next day. One hour later after being told the vehicle we agreed on was sold, I found the said vehicle on Ancira Kia 6139 Bandera San Antonio TX. website for sale, they posted pictures of the vehicle up for sale on their website. Ancira Kia 6139 Bandera San Antonio TX. is very unprofessional and would not recommend to ANYONE. We asked to take the used blue 2016 BMW 428i Gran Coupé to Eurasian, they refused. Also, it is NOT company policy to not be able to take a used car for an inspection, Max and Freddie are just saying that but we confirmed it is not Ancira policy, just this Kia dealer. As another fyi for those considering that specific blue bmw, it has a vibration and most likely has at least 2 bent wheels which the wheels are at least ~$1000 each. Drive it on the highway and you'll notice it over 70 mph, no balance will fix that. Be careful which used cars you buy and make sure to understand issues presenting themselves and how that translates to costly repairs/replacements. More

I just purchased a used 2020 Kia Stinger GT1 from Ancira Kia, the only car dealership I have ever purchased more than one vehicle from. The sales and service experience is phenomenal. The staff is professional, courteous, and attentive. Monica, the front office representative, is always warm and welcoming. Cesar was my sales representative, and it was not the hard sale. He wanted to do what is best for me based on my interests and budget. He is a car enthusiast, so his knowledge of cars and the Stinger were unprecedented. Annette in finance is incredible. She makes you feel at home in her office. No rush. She explained every document in rich detail before I signed it. And, she even told me what was in my best interest (e.g., money down vs. financing). This is my second time working with Annette. Ancira Kia has a gem of a finance expert with her. Finally, a special shout out to Bianca in service, who I worked with before. She definitely puts the customer first. And, she is very professional. Buying, selling, and servicing vehicles can be very stressful. It is the exact opposite at Ancira Kia.
