I bought my new KIA Rio at Ancira. They gave me a great deal on a fully loaded car that I continue to enjoy. Roberto, the salesman, was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was having a horrible time trying to get service and I voiced my displeasure on this site. I got a call the next morning from Jason and an email apologizing for my inconvenience. Someone dropped the ball and these guys picked it up and ran with it. They brought me a loaner car and picked up my car at my house to take back to the dealership and the loaner was a very nice Optima for my little Rio. I was concerned for my safety when the door locks would unlock when the car was put in park with the car still running (like stopped at a train crossing). Somehow the lock system on the keyless entry messed up. It is supposed to unlock the driver’s door with the first click and then another click opens the other doors. My Rio was doing that originally but somehow got to one click opened all the doors. Both problems made me feel very unsafe. Javier also updated the on board computer to have the door locks automatically lock upon putting the car in gear. Love it! I had brought up the unlocking in park back in May and never got a reply and every time I had to stop like that I had to remember to manually lock the doors. But that has changed dramatically. I believe in second chances and this team came through with flying colors. There were several phone calls back and forth confirming things that needed to be done, or asking my preferences. I asked them to give my car an oil change while it was there and I was going to pay for that. Javier fixed the computer for both problems, he called me from my car and changed the computer on the fly. The doors now will only unlock when the key is turned off and it stays locked when the car is put in park (thank heavens). On top of that they gave Cinnamon a bath and filled her tank and I wasn't charged one cent not even for the oil change. Jason also offered me a sum of money to be at my disposal on anything in services or whatever at the dealer. I think they did an outstanding job and would recommend this dealer to everyone. They apologized profusely and asked for a second chance. I gave them that second chance and they came through beautifully. I will not hesitate to take my car to that service department ever again. Javier even gave me his mobile phone number so I can call him directly if I have any problems. Needless to say, I am a happy camper. That, my friends, is first class service! More

After spending (wasting) numerous hours and many days at other car places..within 30 min of arriving at Ancira...we had a deal and I had a big smile on my face...and so did my daughter. She finally got her college graduation present! Admittedly, we knew exactly what we were looking for by the time we got to Ancira. I told "Big Will" what we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. We not only got our deal but an additional $750 off because of a rebate that the other Kia dealers failed to mention to us!!! Robert was AMAZING! He was not the least bit pushy or out to get his commission. I felt that he wanted me to buy the car that best suited me. He, along with the whole dealership went above and beyond t out to get his commission. I felt that he wanted me to buy the car that best suited me. The first time I went to Kia I spoke with Jaime. He was kind at the beginning, but I guess he assumed that 22 year old guy wearing just jeans & a t-shirt was not a serious buyer. He became what seemed like aggravated & impatient when I want to test drive a vehicle because he said something to the extent of "I don't think so, I only let serious buyers do so." So a week or two later, I went back and this time talked to Victoria Hammond. She was as kind as can be and offered a much better deal. She did everything perfectly on her end. The only disappointment I got was with the $2,000 warranty fee. I specifically asked & was told that the 10-year warranty is included at no additional charge. I think we dealt with a man named Jason, not sure. He was kind as can be as well, but again, the only issue was w/ the warranty. Since it was not entirely their fault since I overlooked it, I would still recommend this dealership, especially VICTORIA HAMMOND.This $2k read "First Auto 72/10k." I definitely signed the paper, so I was at fault here as well. But I did specify that I was satisfied with just the 10-year warranty and I suppose signing like what seemed like 20 or so documents, I overlooked that important detail. I guess the only thing I'd do different is take much more time in reading those documents and figuring out exactly what fee was for what. I called about the $2k and was hoping I could take that off... $2k is a lot for me. Thankfully, I was told I could, that I'd just need to go in & sign some paper. And also, if Ancira Kia is reading this, I hope only Victoria received commission on this sale, as she was the only one who truly helped me. Jaime helped me at the beginning, but he pushed me off because he thought I wasn't a serious buyer. For that reason I looked for someone else to help me. More
I came in looking to get more economical vehicle. I was interested in the KIA Soul. Spoke with Will in sales. Will was very friendly and tried to be very helpful. I explained that I was needing a more economical vehicle. He assured me I would get in the neighborhood of 38 MPG... Needless to say I am no where close to 30 MPG. I at best have only had 28 MPG. Also was never called when my plates came in. I don't trust car salesmen in the first place but bold lies are never appreciated. More
