Not only do they try to sell me there iverpriced gap. I decline it and they still add it on! I requests to speak with a manager, Phillip. He yells at me repeatedly and stands up for his staff saying I'm wrong. This is by far the worst dealership and people I have ever encountered buy cars. Then, they say the cars getting detailed be ready in a hour. We wait two hours car comes out. Wasn't washed, mats still in the truck. They did nothing! Absolutely worst place ever. More
Parts department is terrible!!! Called for parts department to try and order some parts. Got hung up on. Thought maybe it was in error so called back again. Ancira is the worst dealership. Had to look for a second car due to new car being in and out of the shop so much. Paid more for a v6 than a v8 would cost......then some. Wouldnt give me a rental to go to work. Left me with nothing......then more and more problems arrised. Things came up missing i think due to retaliation. It was my dream car turned into a nightmare. Thought i would get a deal but turns out Ancira can barley keep their own engines under the hood. The used car department was trying to sell me a car that i could see that it wasnt even bolted to car.......if chevrolet dont make it right.....ill just wait on consultaion.....and final judgement....just to get done with the whole thing...im stressed.....and just needed help which was found More

And to end our conversation his last words were I will not apologize and that next time I can have someone else assist me! That was unprofessional and wrong. My husband and I moved to San Antonio a few months ago and were in the process of finding a second car. After visiting multiple dealerships (and many hours of internet searching) I can honestly say that our experience at the Ancira Kia Used Car dealership was by far our most positive experience. Alfred Girdy, our salesman, was wonderful! He was very helpful, professional, informative, thorough, polite and easy-going. He was attentive without being pushy, AT ALL! We love out 2010 BMW 3 series, which was perfectly clean, mechanically sound, has a great record and was priced very competitively. I highly recommend Ancira Kia for anyone in the market for a quality used car- ask for Alfred. P.S. Nathan Spencer, the manager, was awesome too. More

Exceptional service from Preston Moebius! One of the best compared to other dealers! He's very easy to talk to, he takes care of me. Tells me what I need to know and always offers me anything else I might ne compared to other dealers! He's very easy to talk to, he takes care of me. Here is the "Too Long/Didn't Read" version. Exceptionally friendly staff that talked to me to determine what car would be right for me. Far better pricing than I had imagined. To start I got a call from Jerry in management not even 5 minutes after I had expressed interest in maybe purchasing a car at Ancira. He was very friendly on the phone and when I went to the dealership he greeted me with a handshake and hand-selected Rafael to be my salesperson. I told Rafael what cars I was interested in, and after test driving both he gave me his opinion based on my lifestyle and driving habits. While the car that we both agreed on sold itself (in my opinion), I valued his no BS approach. He did not pitch me, not even once. The other thing that I thought was exceptional was the finance team, most of whom I did not speak to and made stuff happen behind the scenes. I came into the dealership not set on buying a car, however, they found every applicable discount and rebate imaginable and gave me such a remarkable deal that there would have been literally no reason to wait other than if I wanted my trade in to depreciate further so I could end up paying more!! The other honorable mention is Rich in finance, the man I dealt with during signing. Super friendly and he found me a better deal than USAA on financing, which I thought would be hard to accomplish. All in all, Ancira has a friendly staff and if you have a car in mind that you are thinking about buying (or two in my case), this is most absolutely the place to go. I can only speak for the few team members I dealt with, but I never once thought to myself, "Wow, really? Are you seriously pulling THIS trick on me?" Feeling that I have felt at other dealers around town. Great place. Great people. More
