ALWAYS EXCELLENT service ! My first vehicle was purchased from Kelly in the used car division. We had purchased a house on the water in Rockport Texas and did not want to continue driving either the Cadillac SUV of my husband’s or my Jagwire XKR convertible back-and-forth to the coast. We decided to get what we referred to later as our “Coast Mobile”. We met Kelly and we bought are used with new warrantee Kia soul and drove it home. Kelly answered all our questions, was extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and we feel got us a good deal. We bought the same day we looked. When it was time for service, we were very surprised at the high level of service we received and the continued follow up contact from Kelly regarding how we felt about our vehicle. Soon, my husband and I began arguing over who drove the Kia, especially since the Kia was for weekend use only. But it is amazing how much it holds and the ease of driving. Finally, for the first time in 21 years, I sold the Jaguar. Then I called Kelly and stated, it will take you some time, but I want another KZiA, fully loaded and proceeded to give her details. She called later that day and we viewed and drove it the next. I financed the car, then paid it off 6 mos later. In the meantime, we had just lost our cat. My husband, who use to hate cats, was grieving even more than me or the dog. Kelly mentioned her cat had just had kittens. I said absolutely not! He said do you wish to come to our home, or shall we visit yours. She came with the entire litter and we had a blast. My husband picked our cat, and this was one year ago. She assured us the kitten was a female. Our first visit to the vet, the vet told my husband, a retired physician, the first order of business is changing this cats name from Dolly to Dahli Lahma or Frank or something. So, with excellent people to greet us like Laura who is always in a good mood and takes such great care of us, to service and the best detailing, and Mr Chavarria, who split his pizza with my husband and visited with him while our car was served; this is our only dealership. I have already spoken with Kelly about getting a used truck, after we rebuild the vacation home we lost to Harvey. As soon as I convince my husband to get rid of that Cadillac SUV, we also were looking at a larger KIA. More

Within minutes he showed us a Kia Sedona. I told him I wanted it black and that's exactly what I got. (By the way I had all four of my kids with us at the dealership) He was caring and even offered my kids a snack as they were sitting down so we can start the paperwork. He even kept them company as we were filling out the paperwork. My overall experience was beyond AMAZING . I will be returning in the future if I need another vehicle. I recommend Aaron and the location every chance I get because car buying should be fun and not stressful and thats EXACTLY WHAT Aaron did for us. We are greatful and LOOOOOOOOOVE OUR VAN. More

However, this was my third purchase at an Ancira dealership. I must say I've been pleased to work with Anciras salespeople over the years. This time my purchase was mostly for business considerations but the salesman Abraham at Ancira Kia Used Cars went the extra mile to both bring the car over from a sister lot and getting it in on my budget. He and his manager Nathan were great to work with and courteous. I highly recommend them. More

Rude service department staff I bought my 2014 Kia Soul from Ancira Kia three years ago. I have brought my car solely to them for recalls and service. My car has only 32,000 miles I bought my 2014 Kia Soul from Ancira Kia three years ago. I have brought my car solely to them for recalls and service. My car has only 32,000 miles on it. I got in my car to go to work this morning and my A/C was blowing out hot. I called Ancira Kia to see if I could bring it into their service department and the lady proceeded to tell me that it sounded like it needed freon and that their next available appointment wasn't for another week. She didn't ask me any questions about my vehicle. I'm sorry, but it shouldn't need freon at only 32,000 miles. It's August in South Texas and over 100 degrees. I'm not waiting a week for my car, which I'm still paying for, to be fixed. I was very unimpressed with how rude she was. I called Legend Kia and they got me in the same day. Turns out the compressor was out... under warranty. Not a freon issue at all. I will no longer be using Ancira Kia. More

Very poor customer service!!! We had a blow out on the oct.9 2016 and had to have our vehicle towed to ancira. We had no contact with anyone!!! I had to continually call to get an update because they wouldn't call like they stated. And it took them a day and a half to replace our tire!!! That is the only vehicle we have, we weren't offered a loaner or rental or anything for the inconvenience. Jump to now oct.7,2016, we took our vehicle back to ancira because we kept hearing a rattling sound when we accelerate (which we didn't hear before ) so took it in and literally the service advisor Jesse drove our car around their building came back and said "it's all in your head, I didn't hear anything." And then said they can't look at our car until next week, even though we were already there. Very poor customer service. More
