I bought a 2018 RAM pro-master city from Ancira. Brought the vehicle in by appointment 7am Wednesday. I was told it would 48-hours. No loan vehicle. By Friday, I still had not received any message Brought the vehicle in by appointment 7am Wednesday. I was told it would 48-hours. No loan vehicle. By Friday, I still had not received any message whatsoever: phone, text, email, nada. On Saturday, with an event on Sunday I was expected to attend, I called about the status of the vehicle. Still had not been examined, looked-at, and still no loan vehicle. I had to cancel the Sunday event without transportation, as it would have taken me an hour and half each way to get there and back. Went in on Monday and retrieved my vehicle. Ancira will sell you a vehicle. Just don't try to get it serviced there. Wholly unsatisfactory experience. More
