I don't like the car buying process. I had been to 6 other dealerships prior to coming here looking for a truck. Other places I went I was getting frustrated because I couldn't get a straight answer on other dealerships prior to coming here looking for a truck. Other places I went I was getting frustrated because I couldn't get a straight answer on price, the price online apparently had some strings attached liked using the dealership's lenders (I already had my own financing). Dealt with the back and forth on price, kept asking me what I wanted my monthly payment to be instead of working on the overall price, and I finally just had tl walk out of a couple places. I also get some really low trade-in appraisals at some and being told "oh, you won't get more than that on that truck anywhere." I also got a slimy "used car vibe" at a few, and just didn't like it. I didn't experience any of that here. I came to this dealership because I saw a truck I thought would work for me on their website. My sales person, David Rodriguez, did an amazing job. I felt good about the process, and felt I got a fair value for my trade-in (more than others offered, including the one who told me I wouldn't get more than their low offer elsewhere, knew he was wrong). David also followed up afterwards, and he really made the process great. All around, I had a great experience here, and would definitely come back to buy another vehicle. I would also highly recommend this dealership to others. More
