Pre ordered a TRX in August and put a down payment down. Now in December I discovered the price went up 6 grand. They did not price protect my order and would not honor the price I had in August. I canceled Now in December I discovered the price went up 6 grand. They did not price protect my order and would not honor the price I had in August. I canceled my order and they did refund my down payment. However, multiple dealers have told me they should have price protected my order since my order was in prior to Chrysler raising the base price and the level 2 package I had on my order as well as solidifying it with a down payment. I quickly found another dealer who gave me a better price of 4 % below invoice and price protected my order. I feel like Ancira knowingly put me in this situation so I would cancel the order, and now they have a TRX that will be delivered and sold on their lot for a markup. This will be a TRX order outside their normal allotment so Its no sweat off their backs, but for me, they lost a good customer. More
