Buying experience was alright got a New 2021 Grand Cherokee L limited but all the extras they try to charge is absurd, and they did NOT allowed me to transfer my old plates they forced me to get new o Cherokee L limited but all the extras they try to charge is absurd, and they did NOT allowed me to transfer my old plates they forced me to get new ones, also its impossible to get the vehicle serviced and if you have a problem with vehicle covered under warranty (example window switch or locking switch stuck, and subwoofer not working) you will have to leave the car for 5 days just to get it looked at, then they’ll let you know if the part is available and when available they will ask you to leave it and it can take up to 10 days to fix it. No loaner and they will not pay for rental. Don’t bother with them. Ancira is not the only dealership in San Antonio. Disappointing experience, my spouse in December got a 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 from Boerne and we were able to get my Jeep checked by them they kept the car for 48 hours and gave me a loaner. Also getting my money back from the extended warranty and switching to mopar, do not trust that junk warranty they sold me for 1400$. More
