Service Department - Ram 2500 Running Boards I recently purchased a new Ram 2500 truck. The model I chose did not come with running boards. It quickly became apparent with the ice and snow in Anc I recently purchased a new Ram 2500 truck. The model I chose did not come with running boards. It quickly became apparent with the ice and snow in Anchorage that there was a safety issue trying to get my handicapped wife in and out of the truck. I called the sales team that I bought the vehicle from to schedule installation of running boards. I let the sales team know that my wife was handicapped and my concern for her safety. The sales team contacted the service department and were able to have them installed the same day that I contacted them. The service department quickly had my running boards installed and my wife is now able to safely enter and exit the vehicle. Thanks to all those involved, especially James (JMac), Connor, and Dale (Service Department). Very satisfied with their help. The entire group were very professional and responsive to my concerns. Looking forward to future interactions. More
Poor Service I love my new dodge eco-diesel, but the service at Anchorage Dodge is dismal. They wanted my vehicle for a total of 3 days to fix a squeak in the das I love my new dodge eco-diesel, but the service at Anchorage Dodge is dismal. They wanted my vehicle for a total of 3 days to fix a squeak in the dash... oh yea and to rent one of their vehicles. So, a $61,000 truck with 6,000 miles but rent one of our vehicles for 50 bucks a day... Really. I purchased locally for the service (or lack there of). I will go to Dave Smith of Idaho next time.... Service cant be any worse. More
3 Service Visits in the First Month for brand new Jeep I bought a new Jeep Patriot on December 23, 2016. The two salespeople that we worked with were pretty good. But, once we finalized the price, my hus I bought a new Jeep Patriot on December 23, 2016. The two salespeople that we worked with were pretty good. But, once we finalized the price, my husband and I sat around for about an hour waiting for the only finance guy to become available. When he finally talked to us, the conversation lasted about 5 minutes. When driving my new Jeep home, I noticed that the heater was struck on Defrost mode. I immediately turned around and took it back to the dealer. They made arrangements for me to get it repaired after Christmas - and the salesman even came and got the Jeep to get it fixed. Except they didn't fix it correctly. So, about a week later I took the Jeep back to the dealership and sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half while they tried to figure out why no heat blew on my feet and I got defrost air on every setting. The service guy, Kevin, explained that the guy who "fixed" it the first time put in a directional part in the wrong direction. As a result they had to order a new part and I would have to make arrangements for the Jeep to be brought in a third time. After the part arrived, I waited a bit to see if the license plate (which I was told would arrive in 2-3 weeks) would come in so I could save a fourth trip across town. When the temperatures dropped below 0 and 3 weeks came and went, I scheduled a visit to get the heater fixed because I was tired of having to wear snow boots in my car. I dropped the vehicle off and got paperwork to get a loaner car. After she started helping me, the woman at the cashier's booth proceeded to take a phone call that lasted several minutes while I was standing there waiting. When she finally got around to helping again, I discovered that while I didn't have to pay for the loaner car, I did have to fill it with gas before I returned it - or faced a penalty fee of $6.00 per gallon of gas I used. Seriously. They screwed up the initial repair necessitating two additional repair visits and they are going to penalize me if I don't put a gallon of gas in the loaner vehicle. My brand new car has been in the shop three times because they made a mistake the first time. I have had to be out of work on three different occasions (hopefully this will be the last one). My Jeep is 28 days old. I love the Jeep, but the Dealership attitude has left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not purchase another vehicle at this dealership and will be getting any other warranty work done at a different one. More

Paul not only fixed my truck, but treated me with respect and went out of his way to listen to my frustrations, then actively sought to address them! Thank you, Paul, for your customer service!! I would not necessarily recommend certain members of their service department, but would HIGHLY recommend Paul!! More

Great First Car Experience I bought a 2014 Dodge Charger RT from Logan Hufford about 1.5 years ago and aside from a few minor issues (trunk latch, key battery), they gave me qui I bought a 2014 Dodge Charger RT from Logan Hufford about 1.5 years ago and aside from a few minor issues (trunk latch, key battery), they gave me quick and reliable servicing. On top of service, I believe they have a great product (for the Charger at least). It's been a great reliable vehicle with lots of room and awesome interior. I'd definitely recommend their services if you're looking for a car or truck. More
