Dont waste your time here. I spent 8 hours to get an oil change, Trans oil change. Made appointment for 7AM, my truck moved into the Shop at 8:30. Mikail did a good job of handling upset me, suggest better change, Trans oil change. Made appointment for 7AM, my truck moved into the Shop at 8:30. I purchased two vehicles within a month. My truck was having issues within 2 months of having it. I brought it in and they said all the issues I reported could not be found. I decided to bring it to Chev having issues within 2 months of having it. I brought it in and they said all the issues I reported could not be found. I decided to bring it to Chevy since the truck is a GMC. Chevy found over $1200 worth of issues. The same issues I said I was having. I called today and spoke to a salesman. His response to me is “ well you bought a used car and it’s going to have issues? What do you expect from us, free repairs on a used vehicle?” This place has no integrity More
I called this dealership on Saturday, August 22 at 11 am to find out if they were open and able to do an oil change. I was informed that they in fact were open and would be able to take my truck as long as to find out if they were open and able to do an oil change. I was informed that they in fact were open and would be able to take my truck as long as I arrived by 2 pm. So I told my husband, lets head into town, as we live in Chugiak, to get the oil change our 2018 Ram needed. We arrived at noon and to my surprise, the gentleman at the service counter, which was entirely taped off, stated "we aren't taking any more vehicles today." I stated, "This is why I called. I was told that as long as I got here by two, there would be no problem. Someone is going to be changing my oil ." He responded, " Let me go check the wait time." A different person came out and told my husband and me that he would take our truck as I was told on the phone, but that it would be a three-hour wait. My husband said that was fine as long as there would be no other issues. The gentleman took our keys and said he was going to go get information from our vehicle then pull it into the back. We watched him go out to our truck open the driver door, start the truck, then my husband and I went to the waiting area and decided to order an Uber. Some thirty minutes later we step outside to wait for our Uber and to our surprise, there sits our truck still in the drop off bay, idling, with the door wide open, unattended. Highly unacceptable. I went back to the service desk and ran into the same gentleman who had started the truck. I asked him where were my keys were and why was my truck left running for half an hour. He apologized and said I'll move it to the back now, I was still speaking to him as he was out the door and to my truck. I went back to my husband and told him what had just happened and we agreed that we needed to talk to a manager. At that time our Uber arrived which we had to cancel. We asked to speak with a manager and were told there is no service manager available on the weekend. We stated that we needed to speak with someone in charge who could help us with our situation. We waited in the sales area while all the salesmen stood there staring at us. When a manager, Gabriel Zorea finally came out to us, he was of no assistance. We told him what had happened and all he said was " I'm sales, I don't know Service's procedures. What do you want, an oil change or your keys?" I guess once your purchase is completed at this dealership, all customer service goes out the window. We ended up having Mr. Zorea go get our keys and he came back to us stating that "I'm having it pulled up for us right now". We ended up leaving extremely dissatisfied. We went to get an oil change elsewhere and found out that at our 30,000-mile service that was performed in May, Our coolant hadn't been topped off and was dry, and the front differential was leaking due to not having bolts properly tightened. We put 5,000 miles on our truck after this service. It was making a squealing noise similar to the sound of needing power steering fluid, every time we would turn and jerky every time gears were changed. At that time, in May, we were told this was from the tires being rotated for the first time since our purchase in 2018!! We religiously took our RAM in for service at this location and had never had the tires rotated. We paid near $800 for that service!!! This could have been disastrous for us!!! We have kids we transport in this vehicle that due to poor service could have left us stranded and out thousands!!! This location could have cared less. This is the second time that we have had serious complaints about this service department and nothing seems to change. It only gets worse. Nothing gets better, only worse. We will not be back to this location EVER again. More
Fist of all the sales department is amazing and this has nothing to do with them, it’s just the service department. I feel like the service department don’t know what they are doing , my radio head unit was nothing to do with them, it’s just the service department. I feel like the service department don’t know what they are doing , my radio head unit was having problems. They didn’t know what was going on. They never fixed the problem. My vehicle was there fo 8 hours so I decided to just retrieve my car. Also when I first called to asked questions about my new car, Nate, my service advisor was oblivious about everything and telling me the wrong information about my car. I asked him how to break in the engine , he told me I don’t need to, and that I can’t drive my car when it’s rainy outside. Then when I corrected him he just said he doesn’t work with those cars Very often. I just don’t feel comfortable leaving my car in the hands of people that don’t know what’s going on. Anyways after I came to retrieve my car, he said that I will get less apps then before and that it’s my choice if I want to take the car now or just get the rental but if I do get it now I’ll have less applications on the radio. More

Took over a month to schedule warranty work. Then no work was performed the day the maintenance was scheduled. The rental car was substandard. Furthuremore, my vehicle is still broken. 3 days at the s work was performed the day the maintenance was scheduled. The rental car was substandard. Furthuremore, my vehicle is still broken. 3 days at the shop and 7hrs of drive time to dropoff and pickup and now I have to start from scratch. Apparently the Customer's time isn't valued. Too bad because service used to be good. More
Service needed now Heater stopped working on my 2014 Ram Truck. Fan not blowing any air, its 3° out, the earliest appointment is in 10 days from now. Either Dodge vehicles are breaking down and a horrific rate, they don't have enough employees or their service is just incredibly slow. I now have to drive my vehicle with no heat for 10 days. Always Great Visiting I recently brought my Jeep in May, and just went in to pick up my tags. I had to show my appreciation to Mr. Serrano for selling me an amazing vehicle I recently brought my Jeep in May, and just went in to pick up my tags. I had to show my appreciation to Mr. Serrano for selling me an amazing vehicle. He is the best person working at the dealership; always makes you feel welcome...even after my purchase was made. Also the part department, Mike B., was extremely helpful. He is assisting me in keeping me updated with parts or upgrades to my vehicle. I feel very blessed to have stumbled across these two gentlemen. So far these men will be the reason I will keep coming back. More
