Bought brand new truck, 2 months later it had issues. Brought it in for warranty repair, was told about 3 weeks before any appointment avail. So 2 month old truck and I was on foot already. Dealer had no rentals or loaners available till later when my sales rep called and said he found a mini van. After 5 days of loaner I would have been required to pay 35 a day after even though it was not my fault. Went online to scheduler to see if any other service reps had earlier appointment, was able to make appointment with Aaron 10 days earlier. Go to appointment and he states that he cannot get my vehicle in because they are busy....... my vehicle is still not ready and I am now without rental after buying a new truck..... More
Worst service department ! We arrived at opening 10am, was told our truck would be ready by 2pm. Showed up to pick up our truck to be told we need 45 more minutes . At 10 to 4 still waiting and mo one kno was told our truck would be ready by 2pm. Showed up to pick up our truck to be told we need 45 more minutes . We observed the staff / shop staff taking their sweet time , definitely did not read the repair instructions as they took the air / valve stem out of our spare time …. 6 hours to swap a set of tires . Truly pathetic ! And the excuse non stop of its Covid 🤦🏽♀️. Never again! The service advisor was very professional but the remaining staff is clearly incompetent! More

Thanks again Nate! Oliver helped me to navigate through a tricky trade in process. He was professional, helpful, and really listened to what my wants and needs were to get a same day deal done. Along with the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager, Oliver was able to meet my needs and I walked away with a 2021 Ram 3500 Cummins. The entire team from service to sales to finance were able to turn a bad situation for me into something I was very pleased with. Do not buy a Dodge, if you do, your stuck with their terrible service department! My vehicle went in for a check engine light and squeaking sound on 26 April - 15 May. 1 week later, the check engine light came back on, and the squeaking sound came back even louder. I was charged around $2300 for the service that didn't fix any of the problems. I called to get it serviced again, and had to wait two weeks for the next appointment. After taking it in the second time, I was given a quote of about $1500. I took it in on 7 June 2021 and is still in the shop till this day, 23 July 2021. Throughout both times the vehicle was in the shop, it was maybe about three instances I was given an update. All the other times, it was me calling on a constant basis asking for an update. Not only did they not even consider fundamental customer service, they were negligent about it. If you buy a Dodge, remember how service will treat from that point on. Do yourself a favor and buy a vehicle from a dealership you know has a good service department. As soon I get my truck back, I'm selling that thing so I never have to deal with Dodge again. More

Scheduled appointment two weeks in advance for a 7am time. Truck was pulled into Shop at 8:30am. Requested oil change for trans and motor, inspect for clunking sound in frond end. 8 hours later they cha time. Truck was pulled into Shop at 8:30am.
