After much research comparing US and global SUVs we decided to test drive the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Carlos and the entire dealership team were just terrific to deal with. Not once during the assess decided to test drive the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Carlos and the entire dealership team were just terrific to deal with. Not once during the assessment process did they rush our decision or confuse us with the hard sales pitch. Quite the contrary. All our questions were answered candidly and we had every opportunity to test the vehicle and then tailor the deal. We left with both a new car and a commitment to a great local dealership. Our only recommendation for improvement would be to add an "Imported from Detroit" sticker to this model - its a great vehicle! More

I've had great experiences at Anchorage Chrysler. We have purchased 3 NEW vehicles and I'm looking to purchase either a newer, used Ram or a new Ram soon. The service department has consistently provided tim purchased 3 NEW vehicles and I'm looking to purchase either a newer, used Ram or a new Ram soon. The service department has consistently provided timely service. The sales staff at Anchorage Chrysler is great too. The salesmen are friendly and work with you, not hassle you. Salesman Logan Hufford worked with us last year when we purchased a new '11 Charger and he got us a good price on our trade-in and made a deal my wife and I were happy with. Actually, I'm looking forward to working with Logan again as I would like to buy a newer Dodge Ram 2500/3500 or a newer (>2010) used Ram. He's a great salesman to work (as are the other two salesmen we've used there) with and knows what I'm looking for, doesn't pressure or hassle you and is friendly. WHY Anchorage Chrysler? I like the fact this dealership has been a cornerstone in the community for so long and they sponsor the Iditarod. I've had excellent experiences with their sales & service (and finance) department.
