This buying experience was by far the best we have ever had and believe me we have bought quite a few new and used vehicles over the years. There was no pressure which I am grateful for. We knew the exact truck we wanted from your website. We knew exactly what we wanted for a trade in and believe we were fair with our offer. The offer was approved and we bought the truck. We left feeling we received a good deal and your dealership made some money. After all that’s what this is all about, both sides happy. The only two things we would have liked to have been more positive is that it took about three hours to complete this transaction. We know it can be done faster and would have liked it to have gone quicker. The second and what we see as the most important is that the dealership smells like an old stale bar. The sales people smoke right by both entrance doors, the ones who smoke reek of cigarette smoke which carries into the showroom and makes it stink. We almost left and did not buy a vehicle because the smell inside was giving me such a headache. There are numerous dealerships in the lower 48 which promote a smoke free atmosphere, perhaps your dealerships could follow suit. The person we dealt with in finance was also no pressure. He took the yes or no answers we gave to the services he offered and did not try to persuade us into buying additional items we did or did not want. He did however take the time to answer any questions we had in a very down to earth way so we understood completely. His professionalism was very much appreciated. Josh our salesperson was knowledgeable and patient, showing us every feature and explaining how everything in the truck worked, going as far as helping us set up the Bluetooth. His no pressure sales style is exactly the kind of salesman I want to work with, and we’re glad he does not smoke anymore! All in all we had a very pleasant buying experience due mainly to his professionalism. We will certainly hand out his card to any friends who may decide to buy a new vehicle in the future. More

Overall it was a good experience.
