First of all, I have worked with Anchorage Chrysler Dodge Center before and to say the least, I was very pleased at that particular time. Dale and Travis were very professional employees with a lot ok knowle Center before and to say the least, I was very pleased at that particular time. After several months of emails and finally 15 or so in one day, we made the decision and met with Gordon Johnson. We were looking for a Dodge Dart with different colors and options or , like different st one day, we made the decision and met with Gordon Johnson. We were looking for a Dodge Dart with different colors and options or , like different style and model and pricing. But with all the bells and whistles the SXT had, it was a better deal as far as money, so we ended up buying a New 2013 Laguna Blue SXT Dodge Dart. At first I wasn't sold on the color, but I have come to like it. I had an awesome experience dealing with Anchorage Chrysler Dodge and Gordon Johnson. If it hadn't been for the 30 emails back and forth I don't think we would have met and made the deal. Gordon wasn't pushy or anything like that, but he wasn't going to let a deal pass him by. From time of arrival to time we left the dealership it probably took 2 hours or less and we were done. I can't thank Gordon Johnson enough for all of his hard work and effort in making this happen. My experience with this dealership was outstanding. I looked up the van I wanted online ahead of time and made contact with Dennis (from the dealership). From there, Travis made sure I had all the information that I needed and took care of everything when I got to the dealership. The overall car buying experience at this dealership was a breeze. I went in looking for a specific sales professional that I spoke to over the phone named Josh. Josh assured me that i would receive a great deal and he was telling the truth which isn't all ways true for sales men. There were several sales men in the main lobby but I was only greeted by one of them who ended up doing a fantastic job making my wife, 3 kids and I very comfortable and welcome to be at the dealership. All though Logan was currently helping another customer he finished up and made sure we were attended to in a timely manner. He worked with my wife and I selecting vehicles that met both our budget and style. His knowledge of the lot and sales experience really speed up the sales process and in turn made our experience more enjoyable and exciting.
