To whom it may concern. I've recently been looking to purchase a vehicle for my wife, my son also has been looking around for a while and he felt as if he was dealing with an honest group of guy's in yo purchase a vehicle for my wife, my son also has been looking around for a while and he felt as if he was dealing with an honest group of guy's in your sales department. I decided to listen to him and went looking for the man that sold my son his vehicle, he was not there. I feel I couldn't have been any luckier. Gordon Johnson gave me the feeling that I was dealing with somebody I could trust, I didn't even think I could make a deal with the money I had to put down and for the car that I wanted. The guy didn't only produce me with the car I wanted, he sent me to the write people at Credit Union 1 and before you know it I was in the car I wanted. When I first had drove the vehicle, I noticed that there was a balance issue, or U-joint causing a very small shake in the steering wheel. Gordon made sure that there would be nothing wrong with the vehicle be time I was done dealing with Credit Union 1. He was rite I was test driving as soon as I was done with the bank. The drive was excellent, great, fantastic!!! This guy even had the car washed one more time for me so I could leave with a shiny new car. The hole experience was way more satisfying than I could have ever expected. I know it took a team effort, from sales department to the service & detail department the hole deal went down like butter in them nice heated seats!!! You know the wife and I were both Very excited to go for a drive in our new car, it was then we realized that we just went threw one of the greatest experience we have been threw together. We originally started looking in other places and I tell you we really felt so much better dealing with Gordon. I am so glad that my son recommended Anchorage Chrysler for a new or used car.
