Logan is the absolute most awesome car salesman in existence. I actually had fun buying my Hyundai Elantra from him this weekend. I asked him to tell me more about the car, and he was honest with me, about minor scratches and details, and when I arrived the next morning, after driving 2.5 hours to check it out, it was exactly how he described it, which was SO appreciated! He gave me more information about it and came with me to test drive it, and I felt like I was riding around with a friend, he described the car in detail, told me all kinds of cool car facts that I would never have known or bothered to learn but found helpful! He was not at ALL pushy, and I felt like he was totally on my team to get me a good deal for my car. He worked with me about the slight pull in the steering wheel and offered to have it fixed there at the shop but I live 2.5 hours away, on the peninsula, and I had to be back, so he was able to take the expense off of the original price so that I can have it fixed here at my convenience. He was very professional, and at the same time completely personable and FUN to work with. I will buy all of my future cars from whatever dealership he is with, and I have already told my family and friends about my great car-buying experience with him. He's wonderful! We came to trade in our vehicle for a Jeep Patriot. Logan came up and greeted my husband and I with a smile and offered to assist us with any questions we had. We asked about the Patriot, and he asked us what type of Patriot we were looking for, color, extras, style, ect.. He showed us different kinds of Patriots and then offered to go on a test drive. He let us take it out and go where we wanted instead of telling us to turn left here, turn right here, and head back to the dealership. Logan was just great, answered all of our questions with honesty, was very accommodating, and personal. He made us feel comfortable and we didn't feel pressured into any purchase. We ended up leaving with little stress and a vehicle we really wanted! More
