Went back and forth with your competitor trying to get the best deal. Both dealerships came in at the same price. The reason I decided to purchase with Steve was because he was was authentic. The second reason is that he and Travis helped me with the price. Travis came out and said, How do we make this happen. I told him the price and he said let's do it. The other dealership had the "price guy" hidden and it was back and forth. It was like a terrible game of red rover, red rover send salesman right over. The third reason was when I was comparing prices, the other salesperson asked me why I would drive across town for just $500. He said, "You would walk away for $500." Steve encouraged me to find the best deal. I felt like he understood why I wanted the best price. And finally, the jeep was a gift for my son who was flying home on Sunday. Steve and Travis called a service guy in on Saturday to detail the jeep so I could surprise my son when he arrived at the airport. Thank you Steve and Travis. More

I really needed to buy a bigger vehicle and I had a trade in. My credit score was not the best and so I did not think I could buy another vehicle. First,t I called Lyburgers and the salesman would not even in. My credit score was not the best and so I did not think I could buy another vehicle. First,t I called Lyburgers and the salesman would not even meet with me. He told me over the phone that I needed $3K down so I gave up on them. Next, I emailed and talked to Matt Ragle at the Lithia dealership on Old Seward highway. It took well over a week before I was able to meet with him, because he did not follow up with me in a timely manner. I must say that Matt was rude and disrepectful to me. I couldn't believe that he put me down because of my poor credit score. He even stopped in the middle our conversation to talk with another customer who had walked by. Then Matt had the audacity to let me know that he had stayed 2 extra hours at work and was supposed to be at home with his family, but was "trying' to help me out. I was upset because I would never ever say anything rude to any of my customers where I work and I have a 5000 customer base. I then made an appointment with David Seeamonta, as I found out that David was working at the 5th Avenue dealership. My husband and I had previously purchased our PT Cruisers from David. David is a very patient and excellent salesman. Someone at the Lithia dealership on Old Seward had told me that David had retired, which was not true. I arrived Friday, May 17th at: 3:00 pm. It was snowing heavily and I was depressed, because I did not think I would be able to get another vehicle. I have 16 year Son with Cerebral Palsy who needs extra room and 3 small Grandchildren that I take places on the weekends. My husband is 6'2" tall, so the small vehicle that I was driving was not working for me. I walked into the dealership and I was greeted by Carl Neville. Carl told me that David was out sick, but offered to help me, instead. I cannot believe the miracle that took place, but in 5 hours I was driving out of the 5th Avenue dealership with a brand new Dodge Caravan. Carl was absolutely wonderful and treated me with total respect! Jason Wood made the deal happen and both he and Carl worked over 5 long hours to get the deal that worked for me. The down payment and the car payments work for my budget. The interest rate is far lower than I ever expected it to be. Thank you so very much to Jason Wood and Carl Neville! I am so happy with my new Dodge Caravan! My husband and I will only buy vehicles at the 5th Avenue dealership from now on. He suggested a Chysler 300 and told me how much he loved his and showed me all the awesome features. My favorite feature is the Remote start and keyless entry. those features alone played a big factor in my final decision. I came in on my lunch and had to return to work, so Steve introduced me to Travis shortly before i had to leave. Travis must be a miracle worker because by the time i reached my desk on JBER, Travis had me approved for a alone! I returned after work and within a hour Steve and Travis had answered all my questions and had me driving my new car home. Thanks Guys!!! More

I came to this dealership after a VERY stressful, overly aggressive sales stance used by the rival dealership in Anchorage, Lithia, on May 1st, 2013. Basically I felt very pressured to commit to a purchase aggressive sales stance used by the rival dealership in Anchorage, Lithia, on May 1st, 2013. Basically I felt very pressured to commit to a purchase that night, as the dealership had an excessive amount of inventory to liquidate.The experience had me almost considering going to an independent used car dealer. But ultimately, I decided to take a deep breath and reassess that thought as I did not truly wish to inherit someone else's problem and checked into ratings and reviews of the 2013 Dodge Dart whilst online after seeing this car on the highway. I saw the Anchorage Chrysler Center was an alternate Dodge dealer and I left my contact information and was contacted with a very nice email from Stewart Trammell inviting me to set up a time to take a test drive. I came into the dealership with my partner, Shawn and was warmly welcomed by a salesman who led me to Stew. He took the time to orient me with the vehicle and explained the difference between the Turbo floor model of the Dart and the SE which I ultimately decided to purchase. He accompanied Shawn and I on a test drive on which he gladly sat in the rear seat, explaining some of the many features of the Dodge Dart. He showed me different colors and features and never once tried to push me to something higher in price. And what mattered most of all is that all of his conversation was not directed to the man in my life but to me as I was the one purchasing the vehicle. He was very warm,personable and humorous. He introduced us to Jason Wood after taking my information once I had made my selection. Each step in the sales process was explained thoroughly. He then directed us to Howard Chivers and he helped secure the DMV information and contract. He and Jason were very helpful and friendly and the whole experience was very positive. I am delighted with my purchase of the 2013 Dodge Dart and would definitely purchase other vehicles and recommend them highly to any friend wishing to purchase a vehicle. More
