This is the second Ram I have purchased from this dealership. I was actually just in for a oil change and didnt think that I could upgrade to a 2013 Ram yet since I was upside down on my 2011 Ram. Josh approached me on the lot and through the conversation he understood my position and I told him next year I would be looking to upgrade. About 30 minutes later he located me in the service dept waiting area and said that the deal may be possible. I showed him the Ram I was interested in and the rest is history. The process was very painless and a couple hours later I was driving off in a new 2013 Ram with many more upgrades than my 2011 Ram. What I really liked through the entire process Josh and Travis were not pressuring me into anything, they knew my bottom line and stuck with it. The professionlism of this crew needs to be the standard for others to follow. I have purchased 25 new cars in my short 43 years of life and a dealership that puts pressure on me I walk out on.
