This is the second car we have bought from Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Anchorage and we went straight to Gordon once again!! Unlike many car salesman, Cliff did not pressure us into buying something we did not want or adding options that we weren't interested in. He was friendly and funny and extremely patient with us as we narrowed our choices down to one. He was also very knowledgeable about the different models and options available. Paul Chalifour, the Sales Manager who worked with us on the final sale price and financing, was also very friendly and knowledgeable and patiently worked with us until a deal was negotiated. My purchase experience was a "no hassle" deal which is the way I like to buy. I was greeted my sales associate in a profession manner. I told him what I was interested in. My questions about various package options on the type of vehicle I was interested in were answered forthrightly and without pressure to select a model with optional equipment than what I wanted. Once I selected a particularly equipped model I asked the sales associate to make me the best offer possible without bargaining. I was subsequently quoted a price consistent with what I thought was favorable. When I returned to make the purchase all was accomplished as quoted without attempts at further negotiation. Financing and extended warranty offers were accomplished quickly and without pressure. In summary - a comfortable buying experience leaving me feeling good about the whole thing throughout. I would return to this salesman and dealership if I again need a vehicle. More
