We unexpectedly found ourselves looking for a new vehicle and after a brief search and dealing with some not so pleasant sales reps we headed to Anchorage Chrysler. We wanted to take a look at one of their G and after a brief search and dealing with some not so pleasant sales reps we headed to Anchorage Chrysler. We wanted to take a look at one of their Grand Caravans which I was a little apprehensive about as I've adamantly not been a Dodge or Chrysler guy. We met with Don and he began to look for the vehicle we were interested in. He went all over the lot and between the buildings to find it and found it out it was going through maintenance. We took a quick peek and given our conversation and how the other reps were friendly we decided to make a deposit. We needed to wait out a few stressful days without a vehicle but was finally able to pick it up and then hit a snag with financing. Within a few minutes they gave us a solution and we were signing papers. In my line of work I interact with people looking for new vehicles all the time and Anchorage Chrysler will be my number one referral. More

Great to work with, they do not try to pressure you into a sale like other dealerships do. Oliver was amazing! . He helped us find our vehhlicle, explained all the bells and whistles, and within a few minutes I was able to take it out for a drive. The efficiency in his process and paperwork had us ready for the next step with the final financing in under 30 minutes! While we were waiting for our final step with another employee, Oliver kept us company and gave us (newbies to AK) some much appreciated advice and chat on hunting and fishing!
