Gladimir followed up on communications with great courtesy and promptness. When we wanted some additional work done on the vehicle before completing the purchase, they were very fair and reasonable about the additional charge. In completing the final paperwork, registration, title, etc., Paulette Matteson was patient, informative and helpful. Definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you to you all. My husband and I recently purchased a new car at Anchor Subaru - and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. We were actually in the position of needing to turn in two leased Subaru vehic Subaru - and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. We were actually in the position of needing to turn in two leased Subaru vehicles, and purchase a new car ... and we had our two children with us (5 and 7 yrs). What would have taken multiple visits and many hours at any other dealership, we wrapped up in one afternoon. We had the pleasure of working with Shar Chauvin, who was not only highly knowledgeable - but also very easy to work with, and very efficient - and perhaps most importantly, just a super-nice guy. Shar worked very hard, along with the rest of the excellent staff at Anchor to get us the very best deal possible on our new Tribeca - and even bought some snacks for our kids! We were also very grateful for the help from Paulette Matteson - who stayed late to help us wrap up all the paperwork and explained it all to us clearly and concisely; and for the help from Orfio Collilouri - who patiently ran numerous financing options for us. We had done our research, and felt great about the whole transaction (for the first time ever) when we left. There are other dealerships much closer to where we live - but I am so pleased we chose to go to Anchor. I've checked out several auto dealers and went back to Anchor Subaru for the third time, they continue to be the best.
