I have gone to the service department before. They service the vehicle on schedule and complete the work needed. I need to return in 2 months to get my brake pads changed under the waranttee, they ex service the vehicle on schedule and complete the work needed. I need to return in 2 months to get my brake pads changed under the waranttee, they explained this to me so that I could understand what the issue was...........ie: thickness of the brake pads. Overall, the experience was excellent. A very nice feature is that they hand wash your car as part of the service, this is done at no charge to the customer. I'm sure it doesn't cost them an arm and a leg to do this, but customers really appreciate this feature...........I know, I do! Thank you More

I purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback at Anchor Subara in North Smithfield in September of 2012. The entire experience was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Brian Benoit welcomed me and set a very positive and comfortable tone for the buying experience. I then worked with Jorge Navarro to learn more details about the Outback and go on the test drive. Jorge was exceptional. He was very professional and answered all of questions with honesty. His clearly understands the entire line of Subaru extremely well and made the entire experience comfortable. He was very attentive to what I needed as a customer. Most importantly, Jorge made every effort to make the sale work for me within my price point, which he did successfully. I highly recommended Anchor Subaru to anyone who is even considering purchasing a Subaru. More
Purchased a used vehicle (Toyota Highlander). Quality job done on the minor body work(hail damage)that was needed. When I went to pick up my car, problem developed in the navigation screen after body work wa done on the minor body work(hail damage)that was needed. When I went to pick up my car, problem developed in the navigation screen after body work was done. Anchor replaced the navigation screen. I appreciated that they didn't cut corners when deciding to repair or replace the screen. Ali kept me informed during both repair processes. Customer service rep called me to make sure that I was satisfied with the work done. Never had a dealer follow up like Anchor did. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Anchor. More

As a satisfied owner, I am of the opinion that Mike Plante is an outstanding service advisor. In addition, the supportive customer service team comprising of Ms. Demers and others compliments the service that one can expect to receive at this establishment. I have dealt with two of the owners, Brian & Chris Benoit,and they really care about their customers and maintaining their fine reputation. One can trust their car care needs at Anchor and it's team of professionals to provide you with quality service. For the record, my wife loves her Subaru Forester which enjoys a high safety rating.
