I have been a customer of Anchor Subaru service department for over 5 years. The service department has consistently taken care of any and all issues I may have had. So, my thinking is if the serv department for over 5 years. The service department has consistently taken care of any and all issues I may have had. So, my thinking is if the service department is that good why not buy from Anchor. My thinking was spot on. Shiloh Chauvin the sales rep was most eager to help my select my new vehicle. He was friendly, courteous and most helpful in negotiating a good deal that was satisfactory to the dealership and me. Typical of Anchor Subaru the sales staff is as friendly and efficient as the service department. I have and will continue to recommend Anchor Subaru to friends and family. More

(Is he a salesperson or financial adviser?) 3) - Salesperson just assumed we were going to buy the car today without shopping around - it was the first dealer we went to 4) - Salesperson tried to get my to drive fast around a corner. (This is not that big a deal, but I am going to drive conservatively with a new car that I am not familiar with on roads I am not familiar with. 5) - We did not have time to get a trade in value that day, but we never did get a price, only a range. I went to Long Subaru in Webster MA and had a much different, better experience. The worst part is the vice president of sales felt it was a personality conflict. I will not go back to Anchor or suggest any one go there. Long was much better. More

We moved to Rhode Island in late August, and by the second day I had a wonderful used 2011 Outback with all of the options I could want in a car for a great price! I was referred to Derrek Lascola by a close friend who spoke very highly their dealings with Derrek. He's very patient and is very knowledgeable. So we drive almost 2 hours from New Hampshire to look at a vehicle at this dealer... And man I am glad we did. They were friendly and it was a great buying experience. We bought a 2010 GMC Acadia that was in excellent condition at a price nobody could beat!! Kevin Falcone the salesman was a pleasure to work with. After we had the vehicle for a week the A/C wasn't working correctly. I brought the vehicle to my local mechanic because I didn't want to drive back to rode island just for a small issue. I knew that this might be an issue when you buy a car far from home but I knew that going in. My guy fixed it and I covered the cost out of pocket rather then make the trip back to RI. A couple days later I get a follow up email from Kevin at Anchor to ask how the new car is. I tell him its great but we had one small issue with the A/C. he apologizes for any inconvenience and asks me to send him a copy of the repair. He goes and discusses it with the owner and I get a check in the mail covering the ENTIRE repair even though I brought it to my mechanic and not back to them!!! These guys are great! I would defiantly do business with them again. More

I love the fold down seats and before we know it, I will have an opportunity to drive it in the snow! Kevin Falcone is the best salesman out there, and I met a lot of salesmen this year! He did a fantastic job explaining the car mechanics and features that Impreza and Subaru have to offer! I felt very comfortable with all the information he shared and I knew I could trust him. I've received excellent support, and follow up since my purchase. I have also had two very pleasant experiences in the service department (for minor adjustments) as well. My wife and I were at your Subaru dealership on Monday August 12 to inquire about a 2012 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Premium we saw on your website. We were greeted by Mr. Shiloh Chauvin. We explained to him exactly what we were looking for, and from the very first introduction, we were impressed with the respect and professionalism he displayed in meeting our needs. He listened to what our criteria was and took the time to explain the products and solutions we needed to make an informed purchase. Shiloh answered ALL of our questions and provided information and options that we really didn't know were available! He also took the time and patiently produced the vehicles we were interested in test driving. although we were unable to find a suitable vehicle to purchase at this time,it was through no lack of professionalism on Shiloh's part. He did everything possible to make the sale. We will be looking at another time in the near future to purchase a vehicle and I hope we are able to maintain our relationship with your dealership and Shiloh.
