My wife and I were greeted promptly upon are arrival just prior to opening on Sunday on 11/10/13. Shar prepared a vehicle for a test drive and encouraged us to take a long test drive to ensure our needs were met. Upon our return, we reached a deal without any of the aggravation that comes from the "usual salesman tricks such as holding your keys hostage and manager ping pong." Shar had the vehicle prepared and delivered on the holiday and spent a considerable amount of time to ensure my wife was comfortable and prepared to utilize the cars features. I found the overall dealership experience was extremely positive and they made us feel that they were more concerned with our overall satisfaction than attempting to squeeze every last dollar our of our wallet. The ownership of this dealership has obviously worked very hard to ensure that each customer feels welcome and satisfied with the experience. More

From the moment I called the dealership to set up an appointment, I felt like I was being taken care of. He was incredibly understanding and went out of his way to show me more than one vehicle and test them out with me and my young daughter. When he met my husband (which was ONCE for less than 30 minutes) he remembered that he was a musician and had no issue with going over the car with him, just as patiently and through as he'd done with me. We returned with the car and asked Jorge if we could have it removed and within twenty minutes Jorge had returned with our key and the repair was completed to our satisfaction.
