My wife and I was in the market to purchase a subaru forester. We went to anchor on a Sunday afternoon. First thing we notice no sales person around to help We finally went inside to find a sales person we found that there were plenty of sales people but they were to busy watching the patriots game. We spent more time with sales person walking around the lot trying to find the vehicle he had on his little piece of paper When he couldn't locate it he informed us that it was sold While waiting in the parking lot I met another couple who was experiencing the same type of issue that we had The entire process was a joke however we went back again and this time we walked around found the vehicle we wanted and the sales person attitude was like he didn't have to do anything to gain our business the vehicle sells itself. Maybe it will but not from this horrible car dealership. To add insult to the matter, we had to chase them down later to get them to meet us so we can negotiate a deal When we finally did meet they offered us almost 4k less then what we owed on a 2012 vehicle while they were selling their 2011 subaru forester for the same price as a 2014 forester standard. Their vehicle depreciated maybe $1,500 while my 2012 vehicle depreciated $12,000 They made no effort to try an negotiated they wouldn't even budge a dollar on their vehicle. In my life time have have purchase well over a dozen new cars and I have to say this is the worst car dealership that I have ever seen. Horrible service, they are totally disorganized, they don't put any sticker prices on their vehicle, This dealership is the worst I would never recommend them to anyone . However there is a happy ending I went to quirk subaru in Quincy To purchase a forester premium and ended up getting a 2014 limited addition for a lesser payment then what anchor proposed for a used 2011 If your in the market for a subaru go to quick stay away from anchor. I blame poor management how can they not know I am sure that sales is low since I never see anyone in their parking lot. More

Shiloh was our salesman and he was great. His knowledge of the outback was all encompassing. He could answer any question but he knew so much about the vehicle we didn't need to ask too many. Have the exact car we wanted but Shiloh was able to find one and even gave us an item that was notin the original price. I like the fact that my tradein price was negotiated after the deal was made. We had planned on visiting 3 dealerships yesterday to look at pre-owned SUVs. Our first choice was a Subaru Outback so we started at Anchor and planned on working our way back down the state. Gladimir greeted us as we were entering the lot and told us they had several customers in the showroom but to come in when we were finished looking around and someone would help us. He came out to the lot where we were wandering among the Subarus. He talked to us to get an idea of what we were looking for, what our needs and wants were. We test drove 2 2011 Outbacks, and he was great at explaining all of the pluses of the Subarus. We chose the car we wanted, and Glad even said he would take care of replacing a broken interior panel on the hatch, and making sure it would be mechanically gone through before we pick it up. When we got back to the showroom he made us feel very comfortable and reassured. Let's face it, buying a car can be as much fun as a root canal. We actually felt great about dealing with him and Anchor Subaru. Gladimir made the experience a pleasure. Even dealing with the finance office and Carl Parillo was such a warm, friendly PAINLESS experience! They got us a great deal, on a great car. This will be, we believe the first of many experiences with Gladimir and everyone at Anchor Subaru. We could not be happier. More

I have been a customer of Anchor Subaru service department for over 5 years. The service department has consistently taken care of any and all issues I may have had. So, my thinking is if the serv department for over 5 years. The service department has consistently taken care of any and all issues I may have had. So, my thinking is if the service department is that good why not buy from Anchor. My thinking was spot on. Shiloh Chauvin the sales rep was most eager to help my select my new vehicle. He was friendly, courteous and most helpful in negotiating a good deal that was satisfactory to the dealership and me. Typical of Anchor Subaru the sales staff is as friendly and efficient as the service department. I have and will continue to recommend Anchor Subaru to friends and family. More

(Is he a salesperson or financial adviser?) 3) - Salesperson just assumed we were going to buy the car today without shopping around - it was the first dealer we went to 4) - Salesperson tried to get my to drive fast around a corner. (This is not that big a deal, but I am going to drive conservatively with a new car that I am not familiar with on roads I am not familiar with. 5) - We did not have time to get a trade in value that day, but we never did get a price, only a range. I went to Long Subaru in Webster MA and had a much different, better experience. The worst part is the vice president of sales felt it was a personality conflict. I will not go back to Anchor or suggest any one go there. Long was much better. More
