My wife and I were greeted promptly upon are arrival just prior to opening on Sunday on 11/10/13. Shar prepared a vehicle for a test drive and encouraged us to take a long test drive to ensure our needs were met. Upon our return, we reached a deal without any of the aggravation that comes from the "usual salesman tricks such as holding your keys hostage and manager ping pong." Shar had the vehicle prepared and delivered on the holiday and spent a considerable amount of time to ensure my wife was comfortable and prepared to utilize the cars features. I found the overall dealership experience was extremely positive and they made us feel that they were more concerned with our overall satisfaction than attempting to squeeze every last dollar our of our wallet. From the moment I called the dealership to set up an appointment, I felt like I was being taken care of.
