When were considering a Subaru Forester or Outback, we knew that we would check out Anchor. We visited the dealer several times test driving a few vehicles. Ali pointed out the high and low points of each vehicle and spent quite a bit of time with us at each visit. He wanted to make sure that all of our questions were answered before we walked out the door (and we had plenty of questions). We didn't feel pressured at all. When it came time to deal, we arrived with plenty of information. They negotiations were short and we both ended up shaking on a deal everyone was happy with. They didn't try to play any tricks either. The finance office is very aggressive with the lenders. They use several lenders to try and get you the best deal on financing. They ended up beating the (already low) rate we had from our credit union. We can honestly say that we have no regrets with our purchase. We will be going back to Anchor for our next vehicle. More

Derek Lascola was our salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about the brand and the car (2014 Subaru Impreza Sport) I was interested in. He did not push me and was very understanding about what I wanted. He got me the best deal I could have asked for and gave me every upgrade I asked for on my car. I love this dealership and am so happy I chose to buy my car from Anchor Subaru. They love dogs and even told me I can bring my dog when I get my car serviced (huge plus). I have sat with many finance guys in the past and they are usually all the same with the same goals...getting you to buy every possible add-on. Carl was very informative, letting me know my options quickly and didn't push anything...even told me how to get a bunch of money back on all the add-ons I purchased on the car I was trading in, and he was right, I got over $1300 back in less than a week. All in all an easy, efficient and friendly car dealership and I would absolutely return and I would definately refer a friend to Anchor to see Jorge Navarro! More

ok I must say hat I wanted a wrx lol but this was not any one there's fault. but the dealer ship and the people that carry the Subaru's name I trust as much as the Subaru its self with my family. I first purchest a car with anchor Subaru 2 years ago with Derek LaScola because my wife's car had died to the point where I did not want her and my year old son in it for there safty. so I had decided to go puches her a car. We loved Subaru's with there reliability and safty. I had my first 02 wrx that I am rebilding today. but Derek learnd about us what we had to give for cash and credit score but he him self spent the time and got us in 07 mazda 3. yes not a Subaru but still a great car with what was mine and my wifes credit score. but the great part was not just this guy who barly new us work hard to get us in this car not as a that corner deler that would put gum to hold up that mire . but as a person that looked to cair about the people he was working with and there familys well being to. Well 2 years latter my 2nd wrx was dieing I could of fixed her but I already hav my first Subaru bild so I wanted to trade in my 2nd car and because of the amazing time I had the first time we tried agean with a dealer ship the first one we whent to didn't seem to really care if they could get us the best score just really the first one they got and started to remined me of the corner dealer with but we hav this u should get it pay it off and try agean. so we decided to make the trip to achore Subaru agean where we saw derek from out side whent strat up to him wher he remembered us off the bat yeas 2 years latter our son devan my wife what she baught and almost what we traded in. I agreed with him with not buying the wrx even though that is what I really wanted still do but this 2011 Subaru legacy truly is just as good for me and my family. but derek and carl tauillo I baleve his name was. worked to get me the best rate they whent from that first dellers quot at 16% to 10% then to finish with 5.4%. to get me in the new car that works well and agean is that Subaru I would trust with me and my family in. but the good things do not stop with just derek at this dealership but the hole bilding should be everyones first stop for all ur needs if its with fixing ur car like they did with that huge recale they had on the lower controle arms they had in Subaru's they replaced them then my boot whent on my axle they said well we wher no where near it I said I know but it needs to be fixed they looked at it and 10 minits latter looked at me and said well we needed to het up the bolts near ther with a torch so it may of been our falt so we are going to replace them for free for u because it could of been us not was or wasent and hear is ur bill but could of been so we are going to just fix it for nothing. this dealership will be the only one I will be shoping at for any car probully a Subaru but anything and I hope when I walk in to buy ether my wrx or sti or my wife a new forester or 2015 legacy derek and the people that work hear will be there to help me out.
