A friend of mine and her family bought many cars from Derek. He came highly recomended and he didn't disappoint. I went to other dealers before I was told to go see Derek and I got the usual run around bull that you would expect and honestly I expected it from him as well but it was totally different. Everything was very transparent and straight forward. My price was very fair and my trade in was a little higher than all the other dealers I went to. I'm very happy that I was made aware of the much better business practices that Derek and everyone else I met at Anchor Subaru perform. I can't wait to see if the service deapartment is as good as the sales staff was. More

Having been a former mechanic, he knew many technical details about Subarus that other consultants had to read off of a page. I negotiated similar prices from other dealerships but decided to go with Anchor Subaru solely because he was a better sales consultant than the other dealerships I dealt with. I give this dealership, and Shiloh a five star rating. I recommend going to Anchor and asking for Shiloh if you're in the market for a Subaru. That being said... Do your homework and go on Edmunds so you have an angle during negotiations. More
