Minimal hassle I went walking around the lot at Anchor Subaru with my girlfriend. I wanted to see the selection of what is available or soon to be available. As we were walking off the lot, Kevin approached and answered some of my questions. I had a specific model in mind and it had to be the right mileage, color and condition. They didn't have the car that day, but over the next couple weeks Kevin contacted me with possible cars. When the right one came along, I was able to negotiate and reasonable price and didn't feel too hassled. Kevin was especially easy to deal with. It felt like he was on my side of negotiating the deal. After a couple weeks, I still have no regrets about the process and price I paid for my new car. More

I even told my sister about my great experience and she went and bought a car from Anchor Nissan (she thinks subaru's are ugly) a couple weeks later after my purchase and so far has been very pleased! Overall I am very happy with my car and am very happy to have worked with shar!! More

I was lucky enough to find a WRX never mind finding one at such a laid back dealership. At no point did I feel pressured or intimidated, even during the negotiating of the price. Everyone was helpful. From Ali (sales consultant that sold me the car) to Carl (financing) to even the co-owner. When they weren't around when I went in a week ago the other sales consultants, especially Gladimir, were easily available and happy to help me. I strongly recommend first considering Anchor when buying a Subaru or a Nissan. I will be if I buy either in the future. More

We live in an area of Massachusetts in a valley where we recieve more snow ,sometimes several inches more, than the surrounding area and our driveway is up hill to the street.I'm a former Body Shop owner and I had done my homework and Knew from other Subaru owners the Reputation of these cars.Shiloh Knew his product very well, and was able to answer all my questions without skipping a beat.Needless to say we purchased a new Outback Limited that day and two weeks ago purchased a 2014 crosstrek Hybrid, also through Shiloh. His Gentle,understanding Manner was refreshing. what a great place to buy a car More

Outback is right for us. Jorge Navarro greeted me the first time I came in to look for a new Subaru, and was there at the end to close a deal. My wife and I came by several t Jorge Navarro greeted me the first time I came in to look for a new Subaru, and was there at the end to close a deal. My wife and I came by several times to look at and test drive several models. Jorge patiently explained the features and options on several models. In the end my wife chose an Outback. She is comfortable with the new vehicle -- it replaces our previous Outback that we purchased from Anchor ten years ago. We appreciated Jorge's patience and helpfulness in allowing us to find the model that was best for us. I should mention that we have had our 2004 Outback serviced and repaired at Anchor and have been pleased with the ease of making appointments, getting the work done correctly the first time, and getting it done at the time promised, and at the estimated cost. We intend to maintain the relationship with Anchor. Jorge was especially helpful and other staff are also friendly and knowledgeable. Anchor seems to be a bit pricey, but competitive with other Subaru dealers. We will stick to Anchor as it is convenient, friendly, and they do good work. Finally, there are loads of cars, all models, in stock, and available to test drive. This is a great help and time saver. More
