Never again. I went in to purchase my second car from Subaru. I had already stopped using the service department due to terrible service but thought sales would be I went in to purchase my second car from Subaru. I found a car that I liked that had just come in as a trade in so it needed a few things done to it. Two weeks later, they tell me it had to go to the GMC dealer for one last thing. That was on thursday. Friday afternoon I went to the GMC dealer an saw my car sitting outside their service department with nothing done to it. It still had the same soda can sitting on the back seat. Anchor had done nothing they said they would. I bought a car from GMC right there on the spot. They were wonderful. It took another week to get my deposit back from Anchor and it wasn't easy. They wasted my time, my money, my gas, and I would never EVER go there again. More

Wonderful experience My husband and I just recently purchased our 2nd Subaru Outback from Anchor Subaru. The professionalism, courtesy and competence of the staff brought My husband and I just recently purchased our 2nd Subaru Outback from Anchor Subaru. The professionalism, courtesy and competence of the staff brought us back for round two of a Subaru. In 1982, I purchased my first Subaru from another dealer. I had the car for 5 years-the term of the lease-and my experience was not a favorable one with the car and I vowed never to own another Subaru. Two years ago, our youngest was driving and we needed another vehicle. I searched the web extensively and was drawn to the Subaru automobiles because they provide the most front passenger leg room. I found the Anchor Subaru web site and was pleased to see the thoroughness of the site for used and also new cars. With a mission to get a used Subaru for our child, my husband and I ventured to Anchor and was greeted by Jorge Navarro. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous during our visit. We test drove a used Subaru and actually ended up buying a new Subaru Outback. I was flabbergasted I went back on my vow, but I truly could not be happier. I love the Subaru Outback. During the past two years of service on this vehicle, I have taken the car to Anchor and again I am impressed with the service department and the quality of service I received. This Subaru now my daughter is driving because I wanted a safe and reliable car. I then drove the old family van---which I loved and really did not want to part with but with 170,000 miles and 10 years of use, it was time. So, we again sought out Jorge at Anchor and drove off in a new Subaru Outback. I can not speak highly enough about Jorge and the staff at Anchor. They are competent, courteous and knowledgeable and I am glad to have purchased our vehicles at Anchor... They have loyal customers in our family. More

Wonderful Experience! It will be hard to put into words what a great experience I have had with Anchor Subaru. The sales team is incredible and very accomodating. When I orginally contacted the sales team regarding a car I found avertised on Autotrader, the car had been sent to auction a few days before. To my surprise they had the car shipped back to the dealership to let me look at. Their sales team was not pushy at all but instead created a comfortable atmosphere which made it a great buying experience. They left the decision up to me and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. Since the particular car was not a Subaru, I chose to have a licensed dealer inspection which Anchor Subaru was fine with. They even made the appointment, brought the car approx 15-20 miles to the dealership, and let me reimburse them for the amount. As it was a used car, there were a few potential service areas to be addressed. Anchor Subaru addressed each and every issue whether it was doing the service themselves or sending the car to the licensed dealer. They made the appointments and brought the car there themselves. They truly went out of their way to make me feel comfortable in purchasing the car. I really can't express how impressed I am with their staff and how grateful I am for their assistance with everything throughout the buying process. When originally looking for a used car one of my goals was to find a car that was being sold by a reputable dealership that had previous good reviews. Anchor Subaru fit that requirement, but I did not realize what a great business they have and what a great staff until I experienced it first hand. Another point is that the car I purchased wasn't even a Subaru which obviously they specialize in. Overall, it was wonderful experience and I would recommend Anchor Subaru to anyone who is looking to purchase a car and is looking for a dealership that truly cares for the customer. More

When entering the grounds of Anchor Subaru one gets the feeling of being relaxed by a nicely manicured property and organized grounds and layout. And I would also like to make mention my sales rep... Sean Murray who not only made me feel comfortable throughout the process but garnished a wealth of information from past and present experience. He explained more to me on that one day about a subaru and comparisons in vehicles than any other sales rep I've ever experienced and single handedly put all my concerns and fears to rest. He was prompt and to the point but made you laugh and feel at ease. So kudos to an awesome sales rep who knows is job inside and out..(well done). Also the staff at Anchor is very accommodating and friendly above all else...so for me recommending anchor Subaru and Sean Murray is Top priority In my book and that confidence that I received I'm sure will carry forward with those I intend to recommend and send their way.. All in all a great experience..... And a define future return for me..... More
