We were pleasantly greeted by our salesman, Shiloh, who let us test drive an Imprezza and a Legacy while describing the advantages of both. Though, I wasn't planning to buy that afternoon, Shiloh's friendly, low pressure approach convinced me to consider an offer on the 2015 Legacy. I was able to reach a price with which I was comfortable and ordered it. It arrived within two weeks and Shiloh called me and arranged delivery. I've had the car for two weeks and it's too early to rate it, except to say "so far, so good". My entire experience from the greeting when I walked in, through delivery and even when I picked up my registration was positive. I have purcased several new cars, but never had a better experience than with Anchor. My only caveat is to be sure you know what you're buying, and how much it costs when dealing with the business office regarding extended warranties, etc. More
Very Poor Customer Service I used the online site to make an appointment for for service. The site said that a service advisor would confirm my appt. within 24 hours. Finally I called them and made the appt. They hadn't even read the information on the appointment site. I asked if I could leave my car at night for service the next day. I was told to leave it outside the fence near the new stone wall and to leave the keys in the Lockbox. Since I work 2nd shift, I was leaving the car at 12 midnight. The next day, I called at 3 PM to see if the car was done and they said" Did you leave your car here?" I asked if they looked for the keys in the lockbox and they said "No, we don't look in that everyday." So at 3 PM, they started working on my car... Why have a lockbox for after hours dropoff if you're not going to open it up everyday. More
Outback Limited Anchor Subaru, truly a one stop shopping experience. If someone told me a month ago I would own a Subaru I would say they're crazy, but that's exactly Anchor Subaru, truly a one stop shopping experience. If someone told me a month ago I would own a Subaru I would say they're crazy, but that's exactly what happened. I did all my research and was about to embark on a mind numbing trek from dealer to dealer to find my next vehicle. I read the reviews on vehicles I was interested in, some good points, some not so good. Then I read every review I could find on Subaru's they were ALL positive. This peaked my interest so my first and last stop was Anchor Subaru where I took a test drive in a 2014 Outback Limited. Needless to say, I was hooked. The 4 cylinder has a surprising amount of power and the ride very agile and smooth on the country back roads. The Anchor crew were friendly and helpful from beginning to the end and still follow up on a regular basis. I would say this is the best car buying experience I've ever had. The biggest problem was deciding on a red or silver Outback! More
Love my Forester ! I purchased my first Forester in 2005. Loved that car, but it was time for a new one. Shar Chauvin was the salesman for my 2015 Forester. He was plea I purchased my first Forester in 2005. Loved that car, but it was time for a new one. Shar Chauvin was the salesman for my 2015 Forester. He was pleasant and very patient while explaining all the features of the car (sometimes twice). I really love my 2015 Forester! I have been having my car serviced at Anchor since 2005. The service department is always accommodating and I never have a problem scheduling a service. I will continue with Anchor as long as I am able to drive. More

Sweet I have had an association with this dealership for the last seven years through the service department. When it came time to consider a new vehicle, they made the process simple and enjoyable. Mike, my service consultant introduced me to Shar Chauvin who made the process easy. He was very accomadating, informative, and paid great attention to details. I was in a new 2015 Forrester in four days, which is great considering that the car had to be brought in from another dealership. Follow up from Shar, as well as the rest of the Anchor team has been over the top. I would not hesitate to recommend Shar or Anchor to anyone interested in a new vehicle. And as for Subaru, the can't ask for a better car. They are the most reliable vehicles that I have ever owned. This is my second Forester and my wife drives an Impreza. We are both pleased with Subaru for their safe and reliable vehicles. More

I brought along my wife and three children (ages 8 - 14), so we could compare and test drive the Forrester & Outback models as a family. Since we hold onto our vehicles forever :) it was a long afternoon but a great learning experience for our children. The salesman who worked with us was Greg Washington. Greg has a calm (no pressure) personality, very professional, listened to our needs, extremely knowledgeable, and his follow through was exceptional. A couple of days later we drove away with a new '14 Outback and had an awesome car buying experience! More

Very disgusted I was there Sunday July 27'th. I was there to see a salesman who came with very high praise from a friend that buys all his and his families cars from I was there Sunday July 27'th. He was on a test drive when I arrived but that was ok because he didn't know I was coming. I never got a chance to meet him because I was so disgusted by a conversation I overheard what I think was a manager or owner having. He was talking to a couple of women about his recent vacation. He was bragging about taking a much younger girl with him. It got bad when I heard him say and I quote "she was a lot younger than me but hey my moto is six to sixty if they can't walk drag em" he actually said this to two female customers. I was so disgusted I left. I really hope he wasn't the owner. I was surprised to see a family owned business have someone with that type of character in charge. A few days ago a purchased a new Subaru from patriot and had a much cleaner experience. I hope to service with anchor but not if the people in charge of service are as sleazy as that man. I feel sorry for the young man I was supposed to see. From what I've heard he's a very good person and he's been at anchor for a long time I was really hoping to deal with him but that conversation ruined it for me. More
