The folks at Anchor readily matched the lowest price I had gotten and then even gave me a fair trade value for my 11 y/o SUV. We made a deal, gave my deposit...end of story? No. I called them the next day and said that my wife was not happy with the color I ended up ordering. The sales manager called me back within 10 minutes to say that he found the exact car we wanted in Vermont. They got the car the next day and we drove away completely satisfied. Our First and Only Stop We were planning on shopping around for our new 2015 Outback. However, we stopped at Anchor Subaru first and they gave us a great price so we figured why should we shop any further so we purchased the vehicle that afternoon. I really hate shopping for a new car but our salesman, Shiloh Chauvin, was not a high pressure guy and was a pleasure to work with. We also spoke with one of the owners to try to get a lower price and he compromised a bit as we also did. Usually when I buy a vehicle I am never really sure if I got a good deal as I am leaving the dealership but I felt pretty good in this case. I won't say it was an enjoyable experience because I still consider negotiations a pain but this was much less of a pain than for other vehicles I've purchased. I would purchase here again. More
