After hearing other dealers tell me they wouldn't be able to find it, precisely two days later I was taking that exact car for a test drive. Shar was completely knowledgable and took great care to ensure I understood everything about the car. There was no pushy bullsh*t. After getting some great financing I drove the car away. The team repainted the front and rear bumpers of the vehicle which had been scratched by the previous owner. The one negative aspect was upon picking up my vehicle from being painted, I noticed several scratches on the passenger door and along other areas on that side. I was not aware of them prior to purchasing the vehicle. Even, Matthew noticed them when we walked out together to see the vehicle. More

Great Experience at Anchor Subaru Knowing my old Subaru Forester was nearing the end of its life, I went to Anchor Subaru to look for my next car. The salesman I worked with was Mike H Knowing my old Subaru Forester was nearing the end of its life, I went to Anchor Subaru to look for my next car. The salesman I worked with was Mike Hersey, and he did a fantastic job. I didn't need to be sold on the car -- I've only ever had Subarus and I would never drive anything else, they've all served me well. Mike understood that. He is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about Subarus, and on top of that was really laid back with a great sense of humor. We ended up finding a '12 Impreza hatchback in the back of the lot by chance that had just been traded in. I took it for a spin around the neighborhood and I knew it was the car for me. I had been driving an '02 Forester but wanted something a bit smaller (the new Foresters are huge now), and the Impreza fit the bill. The service crew was able to get it all cleaned up and ready to go the very next day...so impressive! I left with the car I wanted at a price I was very comfortable with. I know people tend to put car shopping in the same category as getting a root canal, but my experience at Anchor was downright pleasant and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a Subaru (or any other car, because really, there's no good reason to not be driving a Subaru). Thank you to Mike and everyone else at Anchor! I'll be back in another 200,000 miles or so for my next ride! More

Went back to pick the car and Kevin pre-cooled it for us. he then explained the car again and set up blue tooth and the radios . he is the best sales man i have ever dealt with.
