I have bought numerous cars and I have never had such an amazing experience and it was because of Greig. His true honesty and willing to listen is why Anchor got the sale. I bought a new Subaru and after signing all the paperwork, Greig spent a fair amount of time making sure that I new how to use all the features of my new car. To top it all off Greig offered and I accepted a second follow up delivery this coming week and I wouldn't miss it for the world. If you are looking for a Subaru and Anchor is on your list stop there first and ask for Greig I. He will listen to you and make what most people dred an awesome car buying experience. This was our first Subaru purchase and somehow, we lucked out in working with salesperson Jorge Navarro. Jorge made it easy. It was impossible not to like and trust him almost immediately. Whether it was test driving various vehicles, understanding options and features, talking price, completing paperwork or accepting delivery of the vehicle, Jorge was patient and took care of all details seamlessly, making the entire process simple, stress free and actually enjoyable! Additionally, as a woman shopping alone for a car, I was respected as an intelligent and informed consumer. I can’t say the same for other dealerships and salespeople that I’d encountered while making this particular car buying decision. I was glad to learn that as a MA resident, I could still buy from Anchor and deal with Jorge. Jorge works very hard for his customer, he provided a superior customer experience and level of satisfaction at every juncture, even after the sale. He returns his calls and keeps his promises. Jorge seems to genuinely care about his customers and he is a delight to work with. He has earned our loyalty and I would highly recommend visiting Anchor Subaru and asking for Jorge! More

Greg was very helpful, didn't pressure me to make any decisions I didn't instigate, and was generally quiet unless I was asking questions. I felt I got my new Subaru Crosstrek for a good value. The only downside was the long wait associated with getting a new Subaru from Anchor. Because there were no new vehicles on the lot, I was left waiting two weeks for my new Subaru. It wouldn't have been too much of an issue if that timeline was given from the beginning. I was originally told it would take 5-7 days, but the timeline kept increasing, which is a tough position to be in with transportation that was no longer reliable. Since I am told that this is an issue across all Subaru dealerships, I think the customer service related to this issue could have been much better as it seems Subaru has been operating in this manner for some time. Also, if you can longer get vehicles "by the next day" this information should be removed from your website. More

Bill called around for me, found the car in the color i wanted, and then gave me a price and let me sleep on it. None of the "this price is good for 10 minutes" nonsense dealers use to get you to walk out with a car you are are not sure about. Will gladly shop there again. More

I had been to Anchor for service on my previous Forester, and had always appreciated how helpful and friendly everyone was (and how reasonable the prices were). My sales representative, Jorge, was great - honest, kind, and knowledgeable. I really liked my first Forester, and am equally happy with my recent purchase. I'll definitely consider purchasing at Anchor again when the time comes. More

After 12 years of delightful driving of a 2004 Subaru Forester XT with the five speed manual transmission over 100,000 trouble free miles the time has After 12 years of delightful driving of a 2004 Subaru Forester XT with the five speed manual transmission over 100,000 trouble free miles the time has come to replace it with the 2016 Subaru Forester 2.5i with the Lineartronic CVT "automatic" transmission. Have been using it only about one week but it is a wonderfully quiet, smooth, peppy, fun vehicle to drive. Although it is "only" the entry level, Base Model, it comes most fully equipped with most everything one could desire as standard equipment. Initial contact and negotiations were over the internet with Donna Benoit, in person transactions with Mr. Greg Washington, both most gentle and personable. No high pressure sales tactics, no "bait and switch' or attempts to "up sell" to more pricey versions. Very fair pricing. A wonderful, pleasant buying experience of a most modern, safe and economical to purchase and inexpensive to operate family vehicle. My wife and grandchildren love it too! Thank you Anchor Subaru!
