Very bad experience! Stay away from this place very bad business dealings! My fiancé recently purchased a 15 Subaru Legacy on memorial Day weekend from them. On that Sat Stay away from this place very bad business dealings! My fiancé recently purchased a 15 Subaru Legacy on memorial Day weekend from them. On that Saturday they said they would have the car ready on Tuesday to be picked up. I called them that day and they said it still wasn't register yet but that I could come pick it up because I was transferring plates. I then picked up the car and they said they would send me the registration in a few days through the mail. I then didn't receive anything after 6 days so I decided to call, the salesman said that they would need to take the can and leave it at the dealership and that it would only take a few days till they got the title so he said come in the next day and I would have a loaner car for me until the fixed the issue. I then drove there the next day and talked to the salesman to ask what was going on he then said that he wasn't sure so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager then told me that they couldn't get the car registered because there was a problem with the title and that we would have to unwind the deal and they would have to sell me another car. They then showed me a similar car for a little bit extra cost for a little more money. I said I couldn't make a decision that second because it was my fiancés car and she was at work. He then gave me a hard time because I couldn't get her to come down to the dealership right away. I then asked for the loaner car and he said they didn't have one for me and never did so the salesman lied to be about having a loaner just to get me to the dealership. He then said I would have to get a ride home then so one of their swap drivers took me home. I then later that day went to the dealership to purchase the car because the deal for that car was still decent and we were out of options at that point. As the salesman was delivering the car to us I noticed there was no floor mats in the car, the salesman said he would go get them and put them in the car. I was off elsewhere and he said the floor mats were all set and that he put them all in there. We then got home that night and I noticed there were no rear floor mats so I called the next days and he said he grabbed the rear floor mats from the other car and the other car they sold us didn't have any rear floor mats. I told him that the car did have the rear floor mats and I had a picture of the rear seat to prove it. He then began to give me a hard time and told me I could return the car if I wanted. At this point we were still dealing with registering the new car and he said he was faxing all the paperwork to the insurance company around 3:30. I called the insurance and she said they haven't received anything all day. I then went to the insurance company this morning and she called the salesman while I was there, he said that he had the day off yesterday and the fax said the paperwork wasn't faxed till 9:30pm. I still don't have the registration in hand. If your thinking about buying a Subaru from here I would rethink it. Very bad experience and business dealings here. More

When we realized that I was going to be driving the Cross Trek off the lot that day, he spent quite a bit of time in the vehicle with me going over all of the bells and whistles. At that point, we realized that the remote start was not working and he reassured me that it will be taken care of in the not-too-distant future. I know that I can take his word for that! From what I witnessed, he is a very dedicated, hard-working employee of Anchor Subaru! I will recommend him to others in the future! Thanks Mike for being so patient and kind! 👍 More

Found a car that met our needs (and wants!). We haven't had much experience buying new cars, so I was overwhelmed at first at the huge changes in cars compared to our (almost 20 years) old Camry. We haven't had much experience buying new cars, so I was overwhelmed at first at the huge changes in cars compared to our (almost 20 years) old Camry. Kevin talked me through all the fun features, and safety aspects of the Forester, making it all understandable. In addition, we had to have a car that my husband could easily get in and out of with his disability. Kevin saved us time and energy by being so familiar with the various models that he could easily describe which car would work better for us by considering seat height, wider door opening, etc. and we are truly enjoying a new, shiny car with amazing features. More
Stress-Free Experience. Our new Outback is the third Subaru we have purchased. We gave our daughter our 2009 Legacy because of the condition it was in. A Stress-Free Experience I had planned to replace my aging Camry with either another Camry or Honda, but after reading the Consumer Reports review of the Legacy and its saf I had planned to replace my aging Camry with either another Camry or Honda, but after reading the Consumer Reports review of the Legacy and its safety record, I decided to check out a Subaru as well. Mike Archer, the sales associate, couldn't have been easier to deal with and introduced me to the Legacy and its innovative features. He was extremely patient with my many questions and displayed a no-pressure approach that allowed me the time to make the right decision. I am so happy with my Legacy - its eyesight, and navigation system - and thankful to Mike Archer for making the entire purchasing process such a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Anchor Subaru and Mike Archer when looking for a quality vehicle! More
