My sales rep Andrew Nickerson treated me fairly and with the utmost respect. He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire Subaru line, and takes the time to explain all of the vehicles features. Andrew never once pressured me during the decision or purchasing process. He was patient, through, and professional. My beautiful Legacy Limited was ready when promised. He also spent another 45 minutes - on an unbelievably busy Monday - reviewing all of the bells and whistles, and activated Startlink for me before I drove off the lot. Andrew’s follow-up is one more testament for his dedication to his customers and to Anchor Subaru. I have already spread the word to friends and family about Andrew’s exemplary treatment, as well as my satisfaction with my new Subaru. My favorite Car Dealer Brought my Dodge in for service that I bought used at Anchor back in 2009. Ended up leaving with a very lightly used 2014 Subaru Crosstrek. Every member of the staff their from sales to service is great to work with. Their is never any pressure and they are willing to work with you no matter what the issue is. My salesman for the Subaru, Peter Frain, is a great guy and very knowledgable in the vehicles he sells. My previous salesman for the Dodge, Derek Lascola, is also highly recommended if your looking for a new or used vehicle. You will be pleased with any follow up service your vehicle may need in the work and price. Once, their new building is complete it will only be better. Will be back in 7-10 years for new vehicle, unless something else catches my eye before then. More
