Therefore, when it came time for us to replace my wife’s Camry, we decided to also look at the Subaru. As soon as we met Peter F. on the Anchor lot, we felt very comfortable talking to him. He listened to our needs and offered very good information as to why the Legacy would be a good match for us. After test driving the Legacy, we were extremely impressed with its performance and “feel”, but more importantly, it was Peter’s friendly, no-pressure approach that made our buying experience a pleasure. My wife loves her Legacy, and I was extremely satisfied with Peter’s ability to get us the best pricing and warranty package. Six months later, I decided to replace my own vehicle, a RAV 4. Because of the great buying experience I had with Peter F. at Anchor, I called him and asked him to help me find a replacement vehicle. We worked together for several weeks, during which time Peter always kept in contact with me to help me find the right vehicle to fit my budget and other needs. Ultimately, Peter was able to give me the same great buying experience with my purchase of a Subaru Forester. Peter’s follow-up and customer service after both sales also must be commended. His knowledge of the Subaru vehicles and all the various features and demonstrating how they all work was key in our making the decision to purchase our new Outback. The business manager Derrek who handled the actual financial transaction made it so smooth and effortless that we were in and out of his office and ready to drive home in about 15 minutes! The best buying experience I could have ever had!!!!!!!! I decided a couple of weeks ago that I wanted to buy a new car and it needed to be all wheel drive. On my way down 146 I saw Anchor Subaru and drove i I decided a couple of weeks ago that I wanted to buy a new car and it needed to be all wheel drive. On my way down 146 I saw Anchor Subaru and drove in. I was greeted immeadiatly by Greig who asked a few questions and the next thing I knew he went up and got a car that he felt best fit my description. Before we test drove the car he went through what turned out to be a Subaru Outback very theroughly and completely. It almost seemed he read my my mind in exactly what I was looking for, He was incredible detailed on every aspect of the vehicle. He took me on a nice long test drive and by the end I was sold. Greig, made the initial offer and I didn't even flinch the only thing I asked for was the all season mats and he said yes and I drove the car home that day. I have to say Greig is an outstanding salesman who represents Anchor above and beyond what I could ever imagine, he exudes honesty, integrity and professionalism.
