I went in to look at certified used car but it had been sold that afternoon. Bill took the time to find out what I was looking for in a car and didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford. He had another car in my price range that was perfect for me. He spent time telling me the benefits of buying this car over others and was fair with his assessment. The financing was very easy and I left in my newer car feeling happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend visiting Anchor Subaru when looking for a new or used vehicle! More

We drove an Outback and never felt any pressure to purchase it that day. As a matter of fact, Jorge, our salesman, never mentioned a sale at all. We actually had to ask what the estimated cost of the one we test drove to know if it was even in the ballpark. He also offered for us to return to take the car for a few hours. We returned the following Saturday, and I used it for the day! Having the extended time was what I needed to make a decision from my head and not my heart!! we then worked w/Jorge to close the deal. I can't say enough about Jorge. He was there to make the sale, and has been there after the sale when I've had questions. He been sooo responsive. Looks like Anchor/Jorge have just earned a lifetime customer!! More

Therefore, when it came time for us to replace my wife’s Camry, we decided to also look at the Subaru. As soon as we met Peter F. on the Anchor lot, we felt very comfortable talking to him. He listened to our needs and offered very good information as to why the Legacy would be a good match for us. After test driving the Legacy, we were extremely impressed with its performance and “feel”, but more importantly, it was Peter’s friendly, no-pressure approach that made our buying experience a pleasure. My wife loves her Legacy, and I was extremely satisfied with Peter’s ability to get us the best pricing and warranty package. Six months later, I decided to replace my own vehicle, a RAV 4. Because of the great buying experience I had with Peter F. at Anchor, I called him and asked him to help me find a replacement vehicle. We worked together for several weeks, during which time Peter always kept in contact with me to help me find the right vehicle to fit my budget and other needs. His knowledge of the Subaru vehicles and all the various features and demonstrating how they all work was key in our making the decision to purchase our new Outback. The business manager Derrek who handled the actual financial transaction made it so smooth and effortless that we were in and out of his office and ready to drive home in about 15 minutes! I've been purchasing new and used cars for 42 years, from just about every kind of dealership out there but I never felt "good" about any car purchase - until this time.
