Bad experience terrible people Nice looking dealership but the employees I spoke to especially the manager was very rude. He got very annoyed that I would not pay the sticker price. Excellent experience I happily gave this dealership 5 stars. I walked in and was greeted by Shar Chauvin. I was limited with time so I told him exactly what I was interest I happily gave this dealership 5 stars. I walked in and was greeted by Shar Chauvin. I was limited with time so I told him exactly what I was interested in test driving and also other models I wanted to compare with. The place was well stocked with any vehicle I wanted to try out. Upon my decision, based on his full knowledge of The Outback and forester, which I were comparing, I was painlessly put through the buying process. I purchased a used vehicle which was in immaculate condition and would return to anchor and particularly to Shar Chauvin, as well as refer others to him. More
Bad Experience Spent 3 1/2 hours here for I'm not sure what reason. We should have left but I thought I really wanted an Outback and was prepared to buy one that day Spent 3 1/2 hours here for I'm not sure what reason. We should have left but I thought I really wanted an Outback and was prepared to buy one that day. Sales guy brought 2 outbacks to test drive with options we did not want. It took 40 minutes to find these test drive cars. After explaining what we wanted for options and color we were assured they probability had one and were looking for one. Come to find out they did not have what we were looking for 2 hours later. How is that possible this day in age? We were asked to make a deal on a car coming from the port we had not seen or even test driven the style we were looking for. Numerous calls the next few days were obnoxious. They lost a sale I would have bought the day I was there. Sales guys were a little sleezy and sketchy for me. Also can't stand when someone assumes you shop at Whole Foods because you are wanting to buy a Subaru. More

From my first visit to look at new cars to picking up my vehicle. Shar Chauvin was incredible. He was very knowledgeable of the product and explained everything inside and out to me. I feel that he went the extra mile to make everything perfect. The new building was beautiful and state of the art. More

We sought to get the same year outback with fewer miles on it. we ended up getting internet ads sent by Tim Horton of Anchor, and saw online that they had exactly what we we looking for. we went in after discussing it ourselves, and working with Shiloh, and Carl was extremely easy. We made a few concessions as did they, in the end we ended up with the vehicle we saw online, which has far fewer miles on it. They listened to our needs, including budget and amenities.We feel they they truly worked well us and and we ended up with a deal with are more than satisified with. More
Stay away!!! I went to anchor for an oil change. After two hours of waiting they call me up and tell me my hood was broken and they don't have the part to fix it. I went to anchor for an oil change. After two hours of waiting they call me up and tell me my hood was broken and they don't have the part to fix it. My hood worked correctly before the service. My oil change was supposed to be synthetic and they gave me regular. The service manager told me I don't know how to use the online service selection. I still have the email to this day that shows I chose synthetic so telling me that it was my mistake was disrespectful and unprofessional. I proceeded to walk out of the dealership and the same service manager chases me outside, screaming "Don't go anywhere, you owe me money!". I tell him he is a moron and hold up the payment receipt in my hand. One of the Benoit owners came out the side door at that time, told his manager that's enough, and told me I could talk to him about what was happening. I declined because I would absolutely never entrust Anchor with my Subaru for an oil change, or any work, ever again. In the following weeks I was called two separate occasions and was asked about the instance. Both times I was apologized to, told a supervisor would be told, and I would receive a call shortly. I have never again been contacted, except via email for sales and service promotions. I wrote Anchor an email stating leave me alone and I will never do business with them again. The sales emails keep coming in, which is what has prompted me to share my horrendous experience. So from top to bottom, the shop, the service manager, the customer service, my experiences with each aspect were the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and dare I say deceitful, experiences I have received from any business in my life.
