Found a great pre-owned car on my first try! Was looking for a reasonably priced, safe vehicle for my soon-to-be licensed daughter. Subaru was my first choice. Looked at privately owned vehicles because I thought a dealer-owned vehicle would be far too expensive. I was wrong! I called about a vehicle and spoke with Bill Lee. He was helpful and courteous, and told me he would let me know when the car was ready to be sold, since it had just been taken in as a trade only days before. True to his word, he called me the following week and let me know it was all set to drive. I visited on my lunch hour on a Wednesday, took a test drive, made an offer, and had my new-to-me Subaru Outback in my driveway on Saturday. Overall, very pleased with the ease and speed of the process, and very happy with the service I received from both Bill and Carl in finance. More

Quick, easy and trusting!!! A few weeks ago I stopped in to see what I could get for my current lease. I had one year left on it and was a bit of a pickle with my miles. The ne A few weeks ago I stopped in to see what I could get for my current lease. I had one year left on it and was a bit of a pickle with my miles. The new manager Tim was awesome and upfront with everything. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of and they made me feel like an actual person rather than just another customer. After I agreed on the price with Tim, he had Shar Chauvin handle all of the paperwork and details with insurance and the car. Shar was very welcoming and helpful throughout this whole process. I was at the dealership for about 2 hours that day because I wanted to leave with the car and while the car was being washed and cleaned (remind you it was a Saturday and they were crazy busy) Shar and I had a great conversation while the time passed.
