She made the car buying experience relaxed and enjoyable. She has a wealth of knowledge about Subarus (being an owner herself) and I felt more than confident with the all of the information she gave me. If I could put zero stars I would. They tried to over charge me for a new engine at 13,000. They also tried to charge me 8,500 for a used engine. The service manager did nothing to assist with subaru of America. Then he tried to bully me about the loaner car over and over. When I returned my loaner I forgot my Oakley glasses on the vizier. I was told they didn't find them. I even have photos of them in the car at the dealership. The manager there wouldn't see me or even call me back. This is a crappy dealership. I will never do business with them ever again. More
The people are great, the facility is great but from your ads, I expected a 100,000 mile service to run about $350 with wash and vacuum of the car. When I bought the car I advised your sales guy that I had a $250 monthly budget and was assured you could meet that. It came in at $327. That's a pretty hefty percentage over budget. And now service did the same thing. Hard to justify wanting to continue to do business. More
My salesperson Sarah was terrific between my wife and myself this is ower 5th Crosstrak Subaru made many new changes and Sarah went above and beyond on spending time to explained these. She told me if I had any questions going forward to please call her, she called me twice after to make sure I was happy with the car. I met once with 3 dealers while buying the car I never told any salesperson what the offers were only that we had bought only Subaru’s since 2000 Anchor was the most aware and profesenal of all the other dealers.
