Shoddy Work - too busy getting sales to do their job correc Bought a brand new Crosstrek. Had to go back to the dealer ship 2 times the first week - 1st - Because after I took it to get an inspection sticker, Bought a brand new Crosstrek. Had to go back to the dealer ship 2 times the first week - 1st - Because after I took it to get an inspection sticker, I was shown that I was given THE WRONG CAR by Anchor Subaru! They blamed the finance guy for messing up. Then a second time, because after trying to get an inspection for the 2nd time, I was shown that now I had THE WRONG LICENSE PLATE! This time it was the salesperson who had given our plates to another customer, and then had to arrange a swap. More

They were willing to work with me to negotiate a price that was both fair and affordable. I felt at ease and trusting of the people working there, not common feelings at most dealerships!
