Stress free buying experience Being an older consumer I did a lot of research and visited several dealerships before making my final decision to purchase my first Subaru at Anchor. A friend had recommended them highly and I was not disappointed. I negotiated a fair price on the phone before going into the dealership for the final purchase. The negotiation was courteous and low key with give and take on both sides. There were no last minute hidden fees or extras and they stuck to the price I was quoted on the phone. My salesman, Bill Lee, was very helpful and patient in navigating me through all the paperwork. My questions were answered thoroughly as we proceeded through the process. Carl Parillo in finance was also extremely thorough in going through the financing portion of the transaction. Once the car was serviced and ready Bill spent time orienting this low tech guy to his new high tech vehicle. He has also followed up with a couple calls to check in to see if I had any questions he could help me with. Brian Benoit, the owner should be proud of the organization he has assembled. Shoddy Work - too busy getting sales to do their job correc Bought a brand new Crosstrek. Had to go back to the dealer ship 2 times the first week - 1st - Because after I took it to get an inspection sticker, Bought a brand new Crosstrek. Had to go back to the dealer ship 2 times the first week - 1st - Because after I took it to get an inspection sticker, I was shown that I was given THE WRONG CAR by Anchor Subaru! They blamed the finance guy for messing up. Then a second time, because after trying to get an inspection for the 2nd time, I was shown that now I had THE WRONG LICENSE PLATE! This time it was the salesperson who had given our plates to another customer, and then had to arrange a swap. More
