On time and as promised I wanted to buy a new Subaru and explored several dealerships. In fact the entire staff at the dealership was fantastic. We talked about the vehicle options I had in mind and the bottom line. Working with the availability they found the vehicle that fit me to a tee. I could not be more pleased with the service and follow up I have received. I have bought many vehicles in the past from many dealers. Anchor will be my dealer of choice in the future. More

He knew the car was primarily for me (not my husband) and he really took the time to make sure I knew about every single feature on the vehicle. Forester at excellent price So, I am going golfing in Plainville MA. I call Anchor Suburu at 7:45 AM just figuring i would leave a message. A sales agent named Bob Lacrosse answ So, I am going golfing in Plainville MA. I call Anchor Suburu at 7:45 AM just figuring i would leave a message. A sales agent named Bob Lacrosse answers and says he'd be there at 1 when i wanted to come in. I had been looking at various SUV's for about 2 months, and almost bought a 2017 Forester at another dealer, but felt the price too high. I met with Bob, told him what price I was willing to pay; he says "what about a 2018?" I said, well if the price is right. They looked at my trade in, and Bob came back with a bottom line price, AND it was $2000 lower than another dealer wanted for a 2017! Unreal. I called my wife, put down $500, went home and came back at 4:30; car was ready and Bob spent over an hour going over the vehicle's "bells and whistles" with us. It was an exceptional experience! They took care of registration etc also. I highly recommend this dealership! ( and Bob was outstanding!) More
