My salesperson Michael Hersey was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I never felt pressured or stressed. Even the last day of the final purchase, I went in thinking Michael was going to be quick with me as he needed to move on to the next deal. That was not the case. He spent a great amount of time with me and even went over a few more things when I was ready to drive off the lot. The gentleman that handles the financing was also excellent to deal with. He was very organized and made the process move along very smoothly. Overall, my experience was wonderful. and I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. Bob was extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived and entertained all of our many questions. The 2018 Subaru Crosstrek caught my eye, and there was nothing else I wanted. It took a bit of time to iron out things on my end, but once I was able to hop in my new car and drive away, there was no better feeling. Bob took his time and went through all the functions of the car and he made his points very clear. I would highly recommend this dealership. The facility is beautiful, clean, high tech and everyone is approachable. Just waiting in the waiting area, everyone that passes by asks if you need any help.
